My first simfile ever. Criticisms welcome!

I couldn't care less about seeding, so I'll start with this:


Personal note: this was very difficult for me to step, even after multiple revisions, not just because I haven't stepped to dubstep before, but also because of the chaotic nature of the song, which includes the numerous BPM changes (which I have replicated from Sound Voltex II) and the complex rhythm in the first half of the song. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

[Also, I'm currently requesting a banner and background for this song; if anyone can find a perfect-quality, higher-resolution jacket, let me know too.]

So far, I'm kinda mixed on what is there so far after a quick look.
My biggest concern is about the audio quality. I know sometimes it is hard to find the mp3 to the song you want to step...but try a little longer to find good quality audio files. Ask around, people might give them to you...

Has audio quality ever been a deciding factor in a simfile/tournament? It's only been released this year in Sound Voltex, and I don't think there are any Sound Voltex OSTs or any other official/high-quality releases either, so AFAIK it's virtually impossible to find a good mp3, especially one that doesn't have any of the effects in the game.

Or if need be, I can switch to a different song for this round if possible.

You can turn in whatever you want. It would just be much cooler with better audio quality is all I'm saying.

BPM changes, time signature changes. Fun, lighthearted song. This is the first song I've ever shared, and I have lots more to share in the future : ]

I actually have much better (high-quality) songs planned in the coming weeks now, so I decided to not use Lunatic Rough Party!! for the tournament anymore and start with this song instead:

This is my 2nd favorite song in IIDX SPADA next to INSOMNIA. I really like all the charts this time since most of the steps are influenced by actual drum'n'bass dance steps.

You don't have to have graphics but it might effect someone's vote. You can request someone to make a banner and background, however if the deadline passes and you got no graphics, then the file goes in as so.

Thanks for the clarification. I guess I misinterpreted that rule and almost forgot this a competition where each simfile is not necessarily a community effort. Retracted past requests now.

Although IMO graphics shouldn't be a factor when voting for the best step charts, but what do I know.
