I actually bookmarked the app page so that I can check every day if they've taken this monstrosity down.
How much money could they have possibly made from the song purchases?
Also, this review:

That review was probably written by Konami. Either that, or they were trying to leave a review for Tap Tap Revenge and posted it under DDR Pocket Edition by accident.

That is literally the stupidest thing I have ever heard.
But considering that we (well, maybe I should say "I") live in America, it's probably not terribly unlikely. America, home of the free and land of the extremely over-indulged.
Also, if you're using Apple TV while driving a car, I will not feel sorry for you when you wreck your car.
