I've also had problems adding friends using Pmang Plus. I can at least say that adding friends through Facebook works, although your friends must also have the game in order for them to show up in the game.

I've just bought the complete pack for 800Q, and it's AWESOME!
At least it's better than just playing the 7 default songs

I really don't think so. I've added one friend using Facebook, and I can't seem to find any option to send items. It only gives me the option to send a message. Neowiz probably took it out because people weren't buying as many avatars as they would have wanted in the Korean version, so now players would need to waste Q points on an avatar to progress through the game quests. In turn, this means that it takes even longer to get songs without buying them because now you've essentially wasted a group of 10 Q points, since that's the least amount of Q points you get at any one time (excluding the special event).

Are the character support items and notes limited use only? Can you eventually own them for good?

In the Korean version, avatar items and note items were limited use only. I haven't purchased anything yet in the global version, but it says there are 10 uses left for the items you mentioned.

The 800Q bundle consists of:
- The first 11 music packs
- Music Pack 14 (The one with all new songs in it)
- 4 note designs with the limit of 10 uses
- 4 skin designs

I don't know if the designs are randomly given or not

I also bought the complete pack in the Korean version, and I got exactly what you got. However, I got it for the discounted price of 680 Q points. I'm pretty sure the designs are not random.

If anybody is confused about the Level 10 License Quest.. It says "Play 3 difficulty songs 3 times" or something along the lines like that.
If that confuses you that simply means to play songs that are 3 stared.

Damn, not bad. I remember getting S rank on Angel 3L SG, but not 99.8%. I know for a fact you can't be playing on an Android device. There's about 300 ms delay on every Android device, and that includes the Korean version as well. iPad, perhaps?

I got a 99.8% on a 2nd gen Nexus 7... but it was on In The Tdot 3L SG. I haven't decided if I want to put my money into this game yet since I'm plagued by a 30 second - 500 second "checking app version" delay...

That said, I will get "dropped frames" where my input is completely lost for 1 beat / 3 notes. I also hit the system action bar way too often trying to hit bottom row notes.

Everyone gets that delay during the "checking app version" screen. The game is simply trying to communicate with the servers. There's no way for the game to time out its connection during that moment, so it could take forever to check the app version assuming you have an inconsistent connection. The earliest I've gotten it to work is about 30 seconds.

Yea, I know what you mean. Playing with hit sound off is the best way to S rank those songs. I S ranked every song on every difficulty except 5 of them in the Korean version. This time around, I'm going to play without upgrading any items to see what my true score for each song is. It sucks that you can't disable item upgrades...

Is the game requiring anybody else to be ridiculously precise? Sometimes when I tap on a note, the game doesn't register it as hit.

I'm using an iPad Air on iOS 7.1
