For clarity, any male vocals anywhere in the song is ok, so even something like Smooooch, which uses pitched up (but male) samples are okay.

Just wondering, in terms of graphics, are we still expected to make banners or will CD Jackets suffice?

It doesn't matter, I don't think "no banner = crappy file"
banners can only improve the feel of a submission in my eyes, not detract from it unless it's a really awful tasteless banner
