[X360 PS3 PC] Borderlands 2

I'll just copy what I posted on another site.


Honestly, I can only count three real benefits to Borderlands 2's DLC at this point.

- Gaige
- Most of the dialogue from Mister Torgue's Campaign of Carnage, especially from Torgue himself
- Mistrust of season passes. I've gotten season passes before and I've been disappointed by them, but BL2's season pass really drove home the worst-case scenario better than anything I could've imagined. If you had come to me one week before BL2 released and told me that the season pass would be 95% garbage, not include the level cap increase, and that Gearbox would nickel-and-dime us to death with a bunch of additional micro-transactions for stuff people were actually interested in but conveniently wasn't covered in the season pass, I would've thought that it was a really lousy troll attempt. However, I've since become aware that by buying a season pass, I'm pretty much telling the game companies that they can outsource DLC to other studios to make low-quality shit and that they don't have to care, because I've already given them my money and have agreed to bend over and take what they give me.

Oh, and this sixth character crap? Should've come out a long-ass time ago, before the rest of the trash DLC dropped and given us a reason to put our guard up. Gearbox is on a bunch of people's shitlists right now, so I don't expect a whole lot of takers for this sixth character.


Keep in mind, this was before we were even told the sixth character was a crappy bandit and that the Season Pass would actually include the level cap increase.
