my theory on why they are not coloured red anymore because they are using the latest arcade firmware (customized for the CS ver.). in SN2 CS US when you cleared a song, it would say CLEARED and close the doors simultaneously. but in SN2 CS JP it will say CLEARED, then it'd close the doors. In DDR X, it acts more like the firmware used in SN2 JP CS except they added one more feature used in the arcade. In SN2 AC, when a boss song was unlocked it changed to the colour used for Konami originals (i think it was green) and would only change red if used in a FS, ES, EES. i'm pretty sure that's how it is

They'll probably get 1/4 of the stuff we got in DDR X US, all new stuff to DDR, some revivals (like SN2 JP CS), and the Broadjam song(s).

Lift You Up is one of the most horrible songs in DDR period...next to GORGEOUS 2012 (despite the latter being a crossover)

i'm glad to see Konami is continuing to reach out for Japanese licenses rather than doing covers of western songs of varying quality. With over 20 licenses slated, I'm suddenly VERY excited to see what else is going to be there.

Here we go again, nothing much going on.
I have something else in mind for those goodies.

Like Furu Furu Party before it, I think DDR X JP will start having true japanese licenses instead of english language once.
Not that I hate english songs, but it does make sense that it only started in STR!KE or Festival and got more prevalent in SN2 jp (?) that japanese licenses started getting included to DDR games (and I mean not just one or two).
