Hello everybody,I finally found the topic about introduction of ourself.
My name is Anirut,I'm french even my origin is asian.This year,I'll be 31.I'm a member of a french association about musical games: Azur Games.I started to play DDR since 2003 but the period that I especially improved it was in summer 2006 during my trip in Taiwan as student.Now I can play 8~9 feets.This is taiwanese players taught me how to play in heavy mode.I wanna thank Xana,the second best taiwanese player because without his advices,maybe I still play in basic and standard mode.
I play only the songs that I love.To get the best score is not important for me,it's just can play in heavy mode the maximum of songs.

Hello all, i'm Zco, 21 going on 22
I've been playing DDR for almost a year and now facing the biggest threat of losing DDR (the upper management of arcade center where we regularly play got this plan to move DDR and replace it with downsized PIU)
We're commencing fight against the plan and now in big struggle to keep the machine here

A friend of mine got me playing Mungyodance, and then I got ITG 2 from another friend of mine, and haven't been able to stop since.

With fingers, 12-13 steps are a breeze.
On mat, 6-7 is possible. I'm still learning the ropes, per se.

Well, I'm Drew (Drewski is my nickname) and I've been lurking around here for a couple years but joined a little over a year ago. I'm 18, live near Detroit, MI and currently taking a break from college life (yes, I only survived one semester, lol). Been playing DDR since my freshmen year of high school and have been wanting to get into other music games but haven't found access to very many yet...

I didn't know z-i-v had this thread, so I'll take a shot at it with lots of stuff that can steal my identity!

I am Timothy Phillip Money II and I am 17. I started playing DDR back when Max came out for the PS2. I really didn't get hardcore cause I only played the game at my friends house and at the arcade on tuesdays. Around that time I played on light. In 2005, when our gym got a few ps2 games along with some cobalt fluxs I began to really play. I then progressed pretty quickly and started being able to AA 9's and B/C 10's on single and do hard eights on doubles with A grades. I then bought some metal pads in October 2007 and bought a ps2. Then me and a friend got the idea to start a DDR Club at our school last January and we currently have around 25 members. I then got into stepmania and bought all the ps2 games. Then, one of my friends got the o.k. to convert a DDR machine that was new to our city into a stepmania cabinet and that is when I got into the online community. I found z-i-v in April of last year and I was creeping around here until I registered before DDRX came out on the ps2. And this site is awesome! Thanks Al!
