The song raters probably wanted Venus to be as hard as Unreal, which wouldn't have been that difficult to do. Of course, the stepchart maker obviously had other plans...

Actually EXTREME2 and STR!KE use the Flashing 10.

Extreme 2's flashing 10s were inconsistent with Extreme JP's ratings though, I believe that Paranoia Survivor was flashing in EX2 but not in the original?

And lukeyboysonic, people think that only some should be flashing to show how much harder they are then the rest. If they're all flashing, then it would be like there was no change at all.

I only have DS Max, so I'm reading from that. PS isn't, PSM and PSMO are. They're currently the only flashing 10s in a CS DS.

No flashing tens there. I think they just expanded on what they considered 9s and 10s in SN2.

yeah probably becuase of oni charts (not sure). what about the groove radar. it might change a little.

They already changed it from EX to SN, and messed it up. BAD.
