After doing a reset on my iPad, all of the unlocks show up now (even the stuff I still had locked in Limelight). My song packs are still M.I.A. though. :/

My song packs are missing as well, whenever I try to restore them it can't connect to iTunes
I hope something can be done about this, but then I'm not really expecting to get my songs back anytime soon

When I tried to go into RB this morning it said it was updating. Good thing I was on a bus that refused to have any net speed at all.

Well my Rb+ crashed when restoring my purchases, but when I opened the app again all my downloaded songs were there. Strange.

I'm not downloading the new update because I wouldn't want all my song packs to be gone. I've spent ~ $100 dollars on them since when I first got the app in June 2015, and having them all gone would devastate me!

You can restore purchases, so you won't have to spend yet another $100 to get them all back.

I haven't had any troubles with the update (playing with iPad Air2 iOs 10.2.1)
I restored my songs from the store, everything is unlocked, there is no points anymore.
They did something with the resolution, it's looks better and looks propely on iPad Pro now.
Pastel-kun strolling in the music select screen is bigger. He triggers randomly when you play a song but doesn't do anything if you win

I know, but some have been saying it crashes your device when you want to do this. My iPad is old and I don't want to take the risk...I use my iPad almost everyday for purposes aside from BEMANI. Mostly drawing, though.

Since I don't want to bump a dead thread for a defunct game, I'm gonna go off topic: is there any possible way to get songs back for pop'n rhythmin? I recently added it back to my phone but was given the popup that it was offline and now I spent money on those JP iTunes cards for nothing. I feel ripped off by Konami (which I guess is a theme for these last couple of comments).

Hmm, I can't even get an update at all. Just says 'needs to update the software to the newest version' and the update screen doesn't increase the meter at all.

Edit: now it says that it failed to download despite my connection being OK. What the fuck is this Konami

Edit the Second: got the update, but had to redownload all my songs. Also all my customisation options are gone. Also all my scores are gone. Also every 10+ is now an 11, even songs I swear should be a 12. Hmm.

That's the case with the Japanese version ATM. Shame to hear about the issues with the non-Japanese version of this game, hope the issues will be resolved especially for those who've invested much on to the app.


I don't think there's anyway to retrieve them especially if the app has been discontinued and the files removed permanently. One thing you have to be mindful in this age of digital distribution is that these games are more of a service rather than pay to own. I think they're stated in the fine print. It really does suck and I feel for you. jukebeat almost wiped its entire licensed music packs and there you can't re download them (you can in jubeat plus however), and GITADORA app retired suffered the same fate.

I for once am so happy with the update for this! Every time I try to open it in the past I kept getting the same error message over and over again. Thankfully it is now fixed. Also the customizable land should appear after you play the game for a bit or open it a second time. Also I FINALLY found out what sound effect most players tend to use! And there is so much more songs packs (for me that is) to get into! Expect me to be on this for another few good weeks...

Got all my stuff back and all the customisation options on. Although my scores are gone. And also now everyone's unlocked everything, it kinda makes the tons of hours I put in feel redundant. Also they've gotten rid of the lime points etc. because there's nothing else to unlock. Feels like there's nothing to play for.

I think there may be a package somewhere with all of the Pop'n Rhythmin Files online. You may have to modify your iPad to play it 'that' way though.

I know for sure that a lot of is still on my iPad Mini so maybe I can somehow transfer that to my iPad Pro... Its bullshit that we can't even get what we paid for. Luckily I only bought about 30$ worth I guess. I did play Pop'n rhythmin for an entire year though. I should have gotten the game when it was still available on my Ipad Pro. Well, I still have that bloated gitadora iOS game sitting on there with tons of songs.
