Not sure if it was worth it (since i REALLY feel like crap now), but I reclaimed my rightful place on top:

and finally, the piece de resistance:

(All on heavy of course, I don't think it's possible to get that high a score on the lower difficulties)
I didn't have a camera, but I did take down the scores on my cell phone, and one of the Konami people was kind enough to take pictures of the score screens from the last two. He said he'd email them to me.
The downside is now that the rush of victory is over, I'm just back to feeling sick... ugh. DX
