YAY! I finally remembered that I can donate and donated! I feel much better now. I also donated on Bemanistyle even though I'm not really "active" on that site. I don't even download simfiles anymore really but I do lurk around from time to time.

And knowing how some people are here I'm probably going to gather some "WTFs" for saying this...

Konami U Tour @ University of South Florida:

So they had their last day today, i missed their DDR tournament yesterday but eh, whatever.

So i arrive there, and i see that there was this guy setting up four PES 2011 3DS stations, i'm just there taking pics of all of the booths/stations they had. It actually wasn't that bad, it looked like a small E3 Konami booth...

I inputted about 6 or 7 scores in total, with scores above 75 million points on DDR (i actually outbeat the highest score one of the students got during the whole event, which HER score being 81 million, i got a score of 82 million), and 390k + 460k scores on Def Jam Rapstar (also beating one of the highest Def Jam scores they had during the event).

By the time i had to leave the place was starting to draw some crowds here and there, i actually had a small crowd when i was doing New York EVOLVED Ver B. on Difficult. LOVE that version of the song, got really lucky to just land on it for my first time

I talked to the Konami Rep and he said i couldn't really get anything if i didn't have a "smart phone" so i could "Like" their facebook page and tweet about the event, so i just told him "Oh but i already did Like you guys on Facebook and i have Konami's and DDR's Twitter"

So he gave me what they had to give away if you did that AT the event: A PES soccer ball with Konami on it and a Konami LED Light keychain. They had a Konami cup cooler but i guess that was reserved for...something.

Oh and i snagged a pen. so beast right now.

Pics are already up on my Facebook, i'll upload them soon here to ZIv for those of you who don't have FB, but overall i say the event wasn't that horrible that i previously thought it was going to be, they DO have tournaments for DDR, Def Jam and PES and they give away about $400 worth of prizes and gift cards and junk so if your near one of the universities that's hosting the event, you guys should stop by to snag away free stuff and possibly a $400 gift card for Barnes & Nobles or something.

Attended the graphic design exhibit last night. I saw most of my colleagues and they were happy to see me again and I also got to see the work of my successors and they did a good job.

However, I ran into my former coworker from my old job... Had there not been so many people, I would have crushed his scrawny goddamn neck for allowing them to let me go from that job without him even bothering to convince them to keep me. I swear I don't know why I hold back sometimes...
