Oh, that's actually a name banner. Lord Toon and sometimes other users make them by finding the font and putting the username in place of it. If you stay on ZIV long enough and post courteously, Lord Toon may just make you one as well.

Anyway, I see no reason why you should be offended DDRPhoenix. I know someone else who got served with the swastika on Orion.78 only to find out that it's really like that.

So Disney's Rave. You got the Arcade and Japanese PS1 version and the American and and European arcade version.Here are the differences I've noted.

JP and Arcade
-Contains more covers like Twilight Zone and Electrical Parade (the other U1 and Tomosuke collab)
-Has Basic and Another charts for songs.
-Has doubles charts for above difficulties.

Euro-American PS1 version
-Contains some 4th mix songs.
-Has unlockable Maniac charts.

There is also talk that almost all of the songs except for Night of Fire or some other song are from ABeatC. And the discussion just happened to take place on the old BMS forums. I'm not a eurobeat connoisseur, but according to wikipedia, Domino's works and Night of Fire are indeed from different eurobeat labels.
