The Pokémon Thread

Just gonna leave this here just in case anyone is into competitive battling. I've been breeding a bunch of Eevee's lately and have a spare Timid 5IV Eevee thats perfect for a Jolteon and a Careful 5IV Umbreon thats already EV trained as well. The Umbreon has Wish, Yawn, Stored Power & Synchronoise as egg moves and I can have it relearn Baton Pass if you'd like (don't know who would run Baton Pass on Umbreon but thought I'd throw it out there). If anyone wants either just let me know as I rather not just keep these in my box when I already have a Jolteon and another Umbreon.

It's been a while since I chimed in on this thread.

It took me a while, but I finally did it!



I finally caught a Feebas and gave it a very fitting nickname: "Forever". Interesting story behind this. First off I've never captured a Feebas in the original R/S/E versions. A few days ago I was along route 119 and decided to fish where Feebas was normally to be found, you know the under the bridge by the Weather Institute, and it took me a while but finally caught a Feebas, so I should have saved right there as my battery was running on the low side, but I didn't so I felt very confident to continue. I continued to where I beat Winona the Fortree City gym and boom system shut off, so right there I got double fucked. I then recharged my system for a while and when I started back up my last save was at the beginning of route 119 and then got to the bridge by the Weather Institute and try fishing again and it felt like forever to try to recapture Feebas, but as soon as I did, and gave it a fitting nickname, I immediately save the game.

So there you have it folks the story of Forever the Feebas.

Anywho. I'm currently in Lillycove City, just finished Team Magma Base now I'm on my way to Mossdeep to take on Liza and Tate.

nope, you're not missing anything Howie. It was only special for me as I have never done this ever since they introduce the Happy Birthday wishes at a Pokemon Center (which was Black and White, I think. Please correct me if i'm wrong).

So I've had this game for about a month but I finally feel like I can post about it. I just beat the Elite Four and now aside from following what happens afterwards I'm just roaming around to people's secret bases that were on here in recent pages, among doing other random things. Here's my secret base. As far as which Pokemon I'll have for if you want to battle me, I'm not entirely sure yet. I'm still figuring things out.

I haven't acquired a leaf stone at that point, but as soon as I had done the under water trenches on route 124 and obtained a green shard, then traded it for the leaf stone at the treasure hunter's house. I immediately evolved Nuzleaf into Shiftry.

Right now I have all 8 badges and I've updated the Pokedex (first time ever to update the Pokedex before the Hall of Fame), so I'm currently on the south end of route 104 and trying to capture more Pokemon that has appeared since the enrichment from Groudon/Kyogre. Also I'm re-battling trainers along the way and looking for more Super Secret Bases. After that I'll hit up the rest of the sea routes 129-134, then head to Ever Grande to take on the elites.

I'm at restaurant Le Wow level grinding to complete the pokedex. I need something that hits hard and fast so I'm using two hitmontop with helping hand and CharizardY with Heat Wave.
