According to U1, they fixed an issue that caused drifting, the timing windows didn't change. Who knows what actually changed, but unless there's evidence otherwise that sounds fair to me. Extremely slight drifting would still have a huge impact on MA.

As for the timing issues, they seemed to be limited to the white cabs only. Updates have made it better to play on those machines, but I'll let someone else say if the cabs are 100%.

Must be frustrating for the top level players, already being good enough to MFC 14s and 15s but the game wasnt good eough at keeping time to let them haha...

I never noticed any "drifting" in DDR 2013/4 when looking at the overall picture.

I did notice that the DDR A Marvelous and Perfect timing windows in May 2016 are huge on both white cabs and X cabs. At this point I'm unclear whether the DDR Perfect window is larger or smaller than the ITG Excellent window. (In DDR 2013/4, the Perfect window was much smaller than the ITG Excellent window.)

I also noticed a bunch of songs' charts are earlier than the music on white cabs (朧 in particular).

I understand that each Good now gives player 20% of score for Marvelous minus 10 (previously, 0). The question is this. If in case the player makes all streaked notes Good (no Marvelous, no Perfect, no Great), does the life gauge fill up just like the way when getting Great, Perfect, and/or Marvelous? Or is it just the same thing as before (That is, life gauge does not fill up when getting Good on each streaked note.)?

It just keeps you at the current life, so you dont "fail", but you just sorta keep alive (which is "technically" a pass.) But then again, if you can get only greats 100% that would be kinda cool to see ha ha.

Round 1 said there getting the new DDR in June (all locations ) and D&B said about half the locations are getting it as well.

I'm wondering if they really are coming in the next couple of weeks (There's two round 1s and 4 dave n busters within 45 minutes of my house so I'm hoping a couple of the locations get the game).

Based on current information, R1 is expected to roll it out early-mid June. D&B in July.

Some thought that the mystery game to be revealed in late July in D&B's Summer of Games might be DDR A (including myself), but it appears to be a Star Trek coin push game based on what some said in /r/daveandbusters.

Only half of the D&B locations are getting the first wave of new DDR cabs, but I still thought they were coming this summer?

I tried PMing D&B's Senior VP a few weeks ago about more info on a specific release date but I didn't receive a response.

The churning rumor mill has been saying that far less than half of D&B locations are getting the game.

Dave & Buster's has 87 locations so I'll be surprised if a whole 25 locations get DDR A.

Last I heard, the half dozen locations near/in Indiana and Ohio are all out of luck.

Are you sure it's gonna be a partial translation or a full translation of DDR Ace?
