Just tried heavy. It's pretty fun, actually, regardless of whether or not it's a 'real' eight. The 75 BPM part kept throwing me off, and I kept getting an A on it instead of a AA. XD

I began to wonder if it was synced weird or something, so I C-modded it and played it again-- AA'd it no problem. Guess it was just me. ;

Huh? Actually, I was glad they synced the steps right for once. They start up when the music starts up again. Do you think the steps are synced wrong?

So I looked at the Poseidon .sm file.
Wow. That's the third (at least) file in SN2 with a fairly large-sized LDRDL crossover section. Did the stepchart creator just give up on making creative patterns during those parts or something?

I have to say, Poseidon seems pretty fun. It's not as hard as it could be, yes, but it comes across as a solid 8 and the 300BPM sections make for some hard steps, at least for an 8.

Now there are no more charts, save for Pluto oni and PR oni, to look forward to . Oh well, we'll just have to wait until SN2 CS JP to see how the exclusives there turn out.

P.S. The oni charts for Universe are rated 1s because the game itself does not give ratings for oni charts.

By the way & fyi, the following are with "errors":
AM-3P ("CHAOS" Special)
→ area 29 - 30. Missing blue arrow on the "red-yellow-blue-yellow-red", not so sure which arrow was it. (Will check it out again soon)

B4U ("VOLTAGE" Special)
→ area 25 - 29. At the AC, the "up-left-down-right" were shown in Green arrow, & it's following the music rhythm.

D2R ("FREEZE" Special)
→ area 35, just below the "red" up arrow, there is a missing "blue" up arrow in between the "red" up arrow & the freeze arrow.
→ area 46 - 47 & area 54 - 55 Wrong arrow beats somewhere around that area, i just can't tell which one XD

DEAD END ("GROOVE RADAR" Special)
→ area 53, the paused area there, the bpm changes should be slightly late (after stepping the first right arrow the the bpm change i think) I remember it's still the same bpm after the pause until the first right arrow?
→ area 63, it should follow the rhythm. There's an extra jumps there, it should be "three" jumps (to follow the beat) instead of "four".
→ area 64, the "left-down-right-down-left" should follow the rhythm.

I thought Poseidon only unlocked for Battle Mode? How did you all complete the simfile? Or is there a specific way that the steps are changed in Battle Mode?

a decent 8, the pauses got me off many times...

is it just me or the opening for poseidon sounds like Celebrate Night (it's Like 99 Mix)?

Anyway, Poseidon is quite fun to play I think. I agree with piepie75.

I just found out that Poseidon is actually Latin for Neptune. So now we have:

Neptune: Poseidon
Uranus: Uranus
Saturn: Saturn
Jupiter: Jupiter, the bringer of Jolity
Mars: Mars Wars 3
Venus: Venus
Pluto: Pluto, Pluto Relinquish

We are lacking Mercury and Earth!!

Poseidon's steps were kind of underwhelming and lacked, but I like the difficult steps quite a lot. I didn't find the song that exciting either, so I don't know if that affected my judgement

Well, assuming the Oni steps to Relinquish aren't some sort of abomination, I'd say this was a good mix.

You can make up to 4 Nonstop courses (dependant on Enjoy Level) using your mobile phone. I think you can only use what you can play fully, and since all the steps can be done in Battle Mode, they can be used.
