This maybe slightly BEMANI-related, but what are the fonts used in the various Dancemania albums (and their CD Titles used in the DDR games)?

I downloaded a bunch of Fontworks fonts from Fontke.com, a Chinese font site where you can purchase Japanese fonts individually.
