It would be pretty surprising if they chose those songs for the US licenses. The US licenses for X2 AC were pretty mild hits and certainly not anything that had been super-new.
Not only were Bad Romance and Hey Soul Sister huge smash hits but they were both released within the past two years. Would be very interesting if they were licensed for the game.

X2 characters, X2 color scheme... Nothing in that picture make me think of DDR X3. It's just some omake box thing that they decided to make and looks as though they just used whatever IP they had lying around. I don't think this means what you think it means unless Konami is planning a console release of X2 in Japan.

Gaga has a huge number of fans in the entire world so if Bad Romance is included in X3, a lot of people would be happy,
I don't have any problem if DDR (PS3) licenses will be ported to the X3 AC version (unless they plan to release Need You Now with that boring stepcharts).

oh god i never thought of that, justine bieber....although i dont know if Toshiba EMI actually have justin on their catalogue list, i am sure if Saifam has done a speed version his songs it will appear....(saifam does pretty much every top 40 song in a speed mix) lady gagas paparazzi is actually quite interesting on speed!!

BMI Gaming's release dates seem to be just speculative. I mean, we all knew DJMAX Technika 3 was coming before they listed it up as "coming soon"...

That's likely the location test, as it was announced for sometime Q4 2011, with no official release date set in stone.
