Is there a way to alter what song you get for Extra Stage to let you get to Encore Extra Stage?

I unlocked everything, it's just I need to beat the "reach encore extra stage" request, and I do Kimono Princess as the Final, but the only "red" option available for ES is Dead End GRS afterward..if I pick something like Roppongi or DDR instead, I don't reach EES :/ any ideas?

Get an AA on dead end. Simple as that.

You're not the only one in that predicament as I also need to AA dead end to reach roppongi for OMES

In order to get the OMES is to AA the ES which in our case would be to play Dead End. I'm only off by 500 or so points to get an AA so I'm almost there

Viper suggested that I play another boss song to get to OMES but it doesn't work unfortunately. You can only get to ES by playing other boss songs for the Final Stage instead of the one they ask you to play. I just got Dead End for the ES by playing Dance Dance Revolution Basic instead of playing Kimono Princess.

Edit: To get four lives, just AAA one of the boss songs on a lower difficulty to get to the ES. Normally, you would only have access to the difficulty that you played the final Stage on, but since Dead End only has one difficulty, it goes to Challenge automatically.

once you unlock dead end, you're screwed with it being the ES.
