Released, or tested with open full server-side support. Either is good news!

Better get your DDR X2 e-Amuse records maxed out! How long does e-Amuse run on the previous titles once the new one is up and running? Isn't it like a month or something like that?

I don't think it does. The old mix goes offline the same time the new one comes online. The scores might still be preserved for a brief time though.

Well that's rather depressing. Looks like I won't be enjoying e-Amuse stateside until people upgrade their cabs and I actually get to the e-Amuse enabled arcades.

as if we have any e-Amuse enabled DDR machines in the states (we don't, last I checked, anyway...)

I kinda meant the places that actually are using it for IIDX and such (I was stuck in IIDX mode, sorry.) It wouldn't be that hard to get an X or X2 upgraded cab with e-Amuse hardware for places that have a strong Bemani or music gaming presence so I don't see why they wouldn't already have X2 if they have games like IIDX, Pop'n, etc. Gemini is just lame and likes to cater to ITG players apparently but I don't know about other places like The Break and stuff.

I don't know much about the thing you're talking about, but no one in the states is running a DDR machine like some IIDX machines are in certain places, and it's likely staying that way.
And honestly, who cares about e-Amusement when the most important part of the DDR machine, the pads, is awful over here.

i agree with that pads are the most important thin...next to sound...there is an arcade that has DDR but they dpnt turn the sound on at all

, we have i think 2 DDR cabs with the e-amuse keypads, but they are not enabled i doubt they will even bother, IIDX isnt too strong here anymore, only in areas like china town do they actually have bemani...so i dont even know if any IIDX cabs have emause here...sucks to be in australia sometimes...although we did get X2 about 3 weeks after it was released in japan!! and we got the japanese version!

When this game is released, I really want to see the respective DOUBLE CHARTS for the DDR 2010 songs.
I hope Rhythms Inside and Wicked Plastik will get a very good DOUBLE chart.

One would like to believe that any 2010 song appearing in X3 would have brand new charts from people who know what the hell they're doing.

Well I'm also hoping for changing the charts in SINGLES for those songs. But we'll just see.

I am excited too much and seem to become the panic

Sorry if I missed this before but is there a list compiled of all the songs cut from X2-X3?

We're not sure, but as well as Angelus, presumably every DDR X license will be gone (except for X specials and Koko Soko, most likely). So, the songs not making it onto DDR X3 are:
30 Lives
Always on My Mind
Angelus
Big Girls Don't Cry
Feel
Ghetto Blasta Deluxe
Happy
Here It Goes Again
Make Me Cry
Polyrhythm
Put 'Em Up
Reach Up
Sekai wa Odoru
Suki Melo
Swingin
Tabibito
Till The Lonely's Gone
Trickster
U Can't Touch This
We Come Alive
We've Got To Make It Tonight
No word as to whether any konami originals have been cut.
Edit: Aaaaaaaaaaaaand Ninja'd by Aeron.

Thats it? I thought it'd be more. I just want to know what songs I should play and improve on since when X3 comes out I probably wont get a chance to play those songs again. Might as well get them on doubles as well now.

There was only one location test (or a couple over like... a month, maybe? but all the same machine?), and it was basically just X2 with a new menu and a chunk of new songs, some from 2010, wasn't it? What are the odds more songs are going to be cut as the game becomes less like X2, I wonder...
Hoping this game has a lot of good surprises. Because uhm... otherwise, it doesn't seem like a lot of new stuff has really been announced... maybe it's better that way.

To be fair, we thought the SN2 licenses would still be in at this point in X2's life, and had no idea about the removed konami originals at the same point for DDR X. The only time we'll know every song left out will be when the game comes out, and there's really nothing to warrant guesses as to what Konami originals might go next.
