@PanStyle: Thanks mate, I was really frustrated with true... (radio edit) and CENTERFOLD (130BPM move it remix). Those were the hardest of the day.

And I was surprised by my MA too on Look To The Sky (True Color Mix) & DYNAMITE RAVE (Down Bird SOTA Mix). I guess my MA has improved on SN2. I need to play more SN2 it seems. For ECSTASY I think I could get <20p.

Sucky MA (the run before this was 40p with 2 greats, blah) but then last 1/3 of this song on single and double have those really really really annoying jumps-step patters (the ones in groups of 3) that make this a b*tch to PFC. I'm still not sure why this is a 10 on single and 9 on double on SN2, though. (They are both 13 on the X-Scale).

I could AAA this. Did most of the turns.


Miss was pad. I might be able to AAA this too. Most of my greats were at the end of the gradual speed-up and a little bit after. None in the end.

Also got 898xxx on Valkyrie Dimension expert and 732xxx on Valkyrie Dimension challenge.

It is also confirmed that we did NOT get the challenge steps to Delta Max and we didn't get the Append Festival songs in the final unlock (I'm so happy and Theory of Eternity)

Decided to go to gameworks since I had $10 to spare. X2 was in pretty rough shape but it seemed to have withstood a ton on abuse since its last overhaul (which was about 2 months ago I think?). Its a pity I didn't discover the MAX unlock code sooner or I would have been playing all that stuff last week. Oh well onto my AAA's!

AAA#453 - Tried to knock out some soon to be removed songs...


AAA#454 - Pretty upset this one is leaving. Can't say I'll miss the rest of them, although Ghetto Blasta had an amazing chart.


After that round I was trying to AAA Aftershock!! But I ended up breaking one of the right arrow's sensors in the process and had to give up. The 1P had a jammed up arrow so I decided to hit up SuperNOVA instead and finish off some of the songs that I can't play on the older and newer mixes instead.

AAA#456 - This brought bacj some memories of me and my good friend playing Ultramix 2 back in the day. Sigh... He stopped playing YEARS ago


AAA#457 - Bad miss on the first try. Snagged it on the second.


AAA#458 - Last round of the night and got one more. I seemed to have great luck with songs with lower BPM's that night.


I hopefully will be getting a job this week which will allow me to go play X2 and SuperNOVA some more (and SuperNOVA 2 possibly) but I will try to make it out to Gameworks on Thursday again as well since $10 for all the DDR I want is an amazing deal.

I went to Gameworks for some X2 on Monday last week. Made some progress on X2 but nothing to really wright home about. I got pretty much all the removed songs PFC'd that night minus ANGELUS. Pads were in awful condition and I am shocked I even got PFC's along with my friends on Facebook.

I decided to head out again on Saturday since many friends were going to be there and some other groups I haven't seen in a while. When I got to gameworks the pads were giving me issues on X2 so I played a little SuperNOVA and went back to X2... And then the pads worked...? The pads really never gave me problems for the rest of the night except for on fast songs and if I hit the arrows hard. The key was to hit the arrows lightly to stop the pads from causing problems. Other then that the X2 machine got turned down and SuperNOVA got turned up which caused problems on some of the songs I played.

So onto the update!

AAA#465 - About damn time.


AAA#466 - Once again... About damn time.


AAA#467 - Easy. Couldn't hear the music at all since DDR X and SuperNOVA are loud as shit right next to X2.


AAA#468 - Simple once the pads stopped giving me pad misses lol


AAA#469 - I hate the freeze arrows on this song more then the shock arrows.


AAA#470 - Decided to play SuperNOVA while I waited for my turn on X2.


AAA#471 - Took one try... I don't know why I put it off for so long.


AAA#472 - Sightread. Couldn't hear it either.


AAA#473 - Just got around to this after realizing I didn't AAA it.


AAA#474 - Harder then I thought. Screwed up a handful of times from losing focus.


Got a AA on POSSESSION once I learned to play on the pads VERY lightly. Once again I couldn't hear the song very well because of the other machines being constantly played. I think this will be a PFC once the pads are fixed and I can hear the machine again, but it will be a lot of work to get a score that high for sure. I could definitely get it on an upgraded cab or a dedi in Japan.


I also played with my friend on Wednesday. And manages to snag this...
