Vader in Soul Calibur IV made sense because of the 'exclusivity' between the 360 and PS3 version. The other character was bound to make an appearance sooner or later. The cousins, etc. in Beautiful Katamari, the songs in the DDR Universe series, and (another example) the other ships in Raiden IV should've been able to be used from day one.

Ok so apparently they passed a law here that if police catch you texting while driving they can actually stop you and give you a hefty ticket... Geez lol -_-

Actually, here in Ontario we are not allowed to use the cell phone at all while driving. Although they do allow Bluetooth headsets. I think it's a useful law. It's a shame they barely enforce it >_<

Well actually this is what I've heard. Something as small as this is hard to look out for when an officer has to pay attention to the road themselves.
I still actually have no license and I'm probably a weird person for saying this, but I have no plans whatsoever to get a car or even a license in the future. The expenses don't look worth it when I know I can take the city bus where I need to go. I also space out too much and I don't even realize it sometimes.
