I can't wait for this new mix to come to America! Anyways, I think the rainbow colors means that Konami and DDR supports gay rights, my guess.
Welcome Spriggan744! Unfortunately, there has been no announcement of a US release of this game. It's suspected that Konami has no plans to bring a new DDR arcade mix to the United States. I think the rainbow colors are more in line with their typical theme of current bemani games: tricoro, Sunny Park, collette, etc, all sport a colorful theme. I don't think there's any message they're trying to send other than it's the current theme of the interfaces.

why are squeaky, cutesy voices suddenly bothering me now
Either I'm old, or it's like they're trying too hard to be cute. xP I liked the original つけまつける, and the chart is too easy to hate, but easy for obvious reasons. Never heard めうめうぺったんたん before. Where's it from? That one looks more fun, though. Yay, spins.
... still in disbelief that there is not one shred of a difference between Bonnie's outfit here and in X2.

There is always a possibility of smuggling that machine to the US via CoinopExpress or ChannelBeat.

New KO, shared between 2013 and colette Spring.
by the way, from the word of it "smuggling" can't be a bad thing, can it?

Well, I guess it could be smuggled to the US.
But from what I understand, the machine won't boot unless it's connected to e-amuse.

Just the way Naoki composes himself makes it hard to believe, for me, that he WOULDN'T support LGBT rights.
Not that there's anything wrong with it, of course.
On a different note, I'm still waiting on Summer Fairytale's

I doubt the security staff at Tokyo Narita will notice you putting an entire DDR cab under your coat and walking past them with shifty eyes. They're cool with that sort of thing.Post #1191 · Posted at 2013-03-24 03:27:05am 12.4 years ago

"combo" text got slightly clipped on the right edge.
It does that on the 16:9 ratio too. And there's so much white border around the numbers that they would have to be comically spaced apart not to overlap. There's a lot of graphical glitches and clipping problems in DDR. I didn't pay any extra special attention to them on the SD machine, I was too busy being appalled by how poorly the game ran.
*shrug* At least the font looks better.

Oh yeah, the letter grades for scores obtained in X3 is stylized as slightly faded.
Taking a DDR high score to a different machine does the same thing... sometimes. I'm not sure what rules are in place to decide how this works.
I've taken my card to a machine I've never played and it's loaded all my scores and tabbed the jackets with my combos, then gone back to a machine I've played on a lot and watched half of those tabs disappear, but the scores are still listed.
Bugs in da system.

They're cool with that sort of thing.Smuggling implies it's illegal to export a machine. Konami might not like it, but it's not illegal. The truth is Japan will let you import and export anything without a heartbeat provided you go through the proper channels.

No, not at this very moment. However, there is the possibility they could gain challenge charts in a future unlock (much like what happened to Amalgamation in DDR X3)

Unless a bootlegging group can crack the newest release its not going to happen. For starters its impossible to buy the machine/kit outside of the regions supported. Even if you managed to get the kit it wouldn't work unless the game is connected to the internet. The game always need to be running with the e-amusement network active or there will be a error when booting the game and it will not go into game mode. And I also have already contacted Konami about the possibility of bringing the kits to America but I was turned away. I would have to contact Betson (and possibly Raw Thrills) about the release as they still hold the rights to releases of the games in North America.
Also on a side note I thought it was funny when the heads of Betson came to visit our arcade. They seemed upset that I supplied the arcade with Guitar Freaks and drummania arcade machines. I wonder why lol. If I ever get our arcade a X3 kit I hope they visit again

So, in DDR 2013, does every single song from Dance Dance Revolution through DDR 2013 include a challenge chart? If that's the case, your point is very valid. If not the case, then Konami seems to be doing something right given moderation to what deserves a Challenge chart or not. Frankly, if it doesn't need one, it doesn't need one, if it gets one, well HEY we just found a new and possibly challenging way of playing the song, maybe these songs never had a chance to get it's own Challenge chart, but with today's technology and advancements a.k.a e-amuse and such, songs that some players would have wanted to have a Challenge chart could actually get one!
For me, I wouldn't care less, more so I would be happy a song gets a challenge chart granted it's not a Shock Arrow chart, and if it is it BETTER flow well and not be a Horatio

Nothing new yet? Anxious to find out what else is in store for this game and whatnot.

My rage stems from the underrated/overrated thread that was started a while back. I gave the perfect example of Surrender from DDR II because there really isn't much more you could squeeze out of the music without the steps becoming completely stupid unless it was a shock arrow chart. There are clearly some songs that could definitely use

They snuck in the Nijiiro
