Well, that's means is a comissioned artist. Their names are not censored by Konami

Based on what happened to Kojima, the latter feels more likely. It's an attitude by upper management something along the lines of "We have a superiority complex so we'll treat you like dirt and make you miserable so we feel more powerful about ourselves. You wanna quit your job? You'll never have a song in a Bemani game ever again. Still wanna quit? Thought so. Fuck employee morale and long-term business plans."
