Here's my reviews:

(8.0) 7.0 - 8-bit Princess: Was pretty good until the jump spam. Docked a whole point from an otherwise 8 rating.
(7.0) 6.75 - A Geisha's Dream Ruffage Mix: Too much facing to the left for an already "safe" chart. It's not terribad by any means, but the constant facing left knocked down the 7.0 to a 6.75.
(8.0) 8.5 - Echoes: A slow start, once the song finally kicks in it become quite a treat. The use of some fancy turns bumped this chart a half a point.
(8.0) 7.75 - Get It Done: The intro I didn't care for, but the chorus I loved. This evened the chart back to an 8, but the jumps after the chorus I didn't care for so much. Not a fan of jumps as eighth notes, hence the docking of .25 points.
(8.0) 8.5 - Got the Rhythm: I LOVED the turns in this. I also like the break of flow that occurred inbetween streams. This added .5 points!
(8.0) 8.0 - RPG: A solid chart. Nothing wrong with it.
(7.0) 6.75 - Tenge Toppa Gurren Lagann DP1: The jacks didn't feel like they fit with the song's mood. The streams started to get boring as well.
(7.0) 7.5 - Sweet Angel: Some of the transitions in your turns I really dig. Also, I like that the ending wasn't a copy of the intro. Your patterns bumped this up by .5.
(7.0) 6.75 - Todestrieb: There was a +.5 in some of the patterns I liked, but a -.75 from the gallops and the ending chrous felt very forced.
(7.0) 6.5 - Top the Charts: There were so many bonus points and deductions, it's hard to list them all. Ultimately there was .75 in bonus points from what I liked but 1.25 in deductions in what I didn't like. Mostly the jump placements and patterns. I liked the rhythm choices, however.
(7.0) 7.5 - Zenius-i-Vanisher: There were a few minor blemishes, but I liked the over all not-over-doing it approach to this chart. Some fun turns as well bumped this up by .5.
(7.0) 6.0 - (something in Japanese by Tag): The end's rhythm choices felt forced. The patterns had no flow it seemed.

Basically echoing what Silverhawke brought up, why are a handful of files not judged? It seems as though you downloaded the first five and last seven files (not including yours).

The missing reviews are due the fact that when I downloaded the pack, the sims were simply not there. It wasn't until someone asked me why I didn't review theirs that I went back and checked and a good portion of files were missing. By the time I found this out other people began adding their votes in and I didn't want to go muck up everyone else's votes by changing mine after reviewing the ones that were missing in my download. I'll just download them separately next time.

You can just take the last tally, subtract out your votes and then add in your revised one.

Oh wait, math is hard on ZIv.

a bit of PSA since I saw this happened on like 7 simfiles for the qualifiers only. (I think I did the same thing in SC2012)

whatever name you put here...
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/40407085/Screenshots/toi01.png

ZIv will rename the files accordingly
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/40407085/Screenshots/toi02.png

so if you do something like this
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/40407085/Screenshots/toi03.png

SM won't be able to find the banner and for some reason it'll pick the jacket instead and it will come out slanted and weird
SM5 might be fussy too and not display graphics at all.

i mean is it that difficult to rename your files accordingly when you're making them

no Chewi, that doesn't contribute to actually missing files, cuz Daiz said that the folders are there but the files are gone. Also Todestrieb has naming issues but Daiz reviewed it.

Here's the totals minus Daiz's votes, since apparently he's too lazy to subtract out his own votes. Now I guess you can revote (and take into account all those files you skipped), Daiz.

Oh, I didn't know this was your tournament. Oh wait

2013-04-27 16:56:18Pandemonium X: so I punish Dreamland for something Daiz did?
2013-04-27 16:56:34Pandemonium X: the fairest way I see it is counting the votes
2013-04-27 17:07:32Pandemonium X: alright I need to get off here soon and as of now I'm counting the votes

For the three simfiles with doubles charts: keep making them. There is potential and I want to see more from you three.

I apologize to everyone that was ultimately affected by the revote. I'll upset some people no matter what I did, so I went ahead and reviewed the missing files as if it were my first go through. It was an honest mistake and it won't happen again. Here's the full review:

(8.0) - 8.0 I Still Wonder: Very solid chart. No deductions or additions.
(7.5) 8.5 - In Motion Expert(7.0) 7.5 - : +.25 for the nice use of pauses. Another +.25 for how you handled the gallops that turned towards the end. (8.0) 8.5 Challenge - +.25 for not over doing the chart. The rhythm choices were a great balance of being difference, slightly more
difficult but not inside. Also +.25 for excellent use of the slowdown to be a moment of reading skills rather than being forced
to memorize some hard rhythm.
(7.0) 7.0 Koubuki Beatrix: I feel like the doubled bpm is a bit out of place, but it's a very safe chart. No deductions or bonus points.
(7.0) 7.0 Like a Robot: I felt like the slow down was out of place (-.25) but i liked the focus on making sure the player isn't facing the same
direction the whole time and the use of double steps to break up the flow (+.5). Unfortunately the jumps at the end could have faced the right
during the second set (-.25). Thus, an even score.
(7.0) 6.5 Makeup Syndrome: Unfortunately, even though the 16ths "fit" the percussion, it didn't feel as if it fit the song. Plus the taps that lead
into 16th I didn't care much for.
(7.0) 6.75 - Make Believe: The sync felt really off (-.25). The use of freezes during the cross overs I enjoyed (+.25) but the rest of the
chart was kind of forgettable. (.-25)
(7.0) 6.0 - Moshi moshi: There was one part that felt like I was facing left for a freeze but the chart continued as if I needed to be facing the left (-.25).
Also, I felt like once the chart started, the only breaks were during freezes, otherwise it was one long stream (-.25). Also, the stops and slow downs
felt more annoying than creative (-.25). Finally, a 16th note stream freeze? (-.25).
(7.0) 6.0 - Pinkie's Lie: With 12th note heavy songs, I feel like flow matters more than ever, and this chart suffered some serious
flow issues at some points (-.5). I know this is in part of the complicated rhythm of the song, but following it exactly actually hurt
the chart in this case (-.25). Finally,

New totals:

Hi.

Echoes:
There is literally nothing wrong with this file besides the fact that there are times I expected slowdowns that never came (the middle, the end)

Pinkie's Lie:
Well that dragged on way too long and repetitively
It wasn't really bad though

Like a Robot:
Good use of Jumps

Koubuki Beatrix:
Cool song, nice chart

Got the Rhythm:
I feel enjoy

8 Bit Princess:
There is literally nothing wrong with this file.

A geisha eats bran flakes (to get more ruffage remix):
I swear you submitted this song to like 9000 different contests already?
A couple of doublesteps, some of which were just odd patterns that worked out correctly in the end but shouldn't have been there to begin with. There was a random hanging 16th note that shouldn't have been there at all after a couple of holds, and the ending rhythm is just pretty much incorrect. This file is pretty 6/10

Sorairo Days:
TIL 16th barfs, uncalled for spins and straight 8th-run choruses are pretty 6/10

Can I get get get to know knknow know you better baybehhh:
I actually felt legitimately kinda sad this file ended

Get it Done:
I DON'T GET IT, WAS I SUPPOSED TO BE FIGHTING ALICE OR THE PRISMRIVER SISTERS? 0/10

Make up syndrome:
Eden of the East? I don't remember this song being in the series, is it from an OVA or the movies? Also, NOT A 9!!! But good file. Also the song I kinda hate it but I also kinda like it.

In Motion:
Why did you step this song (though it wasn't bad)
Challenge was interesting but the clusterfucky nature of the song manifested itself in the steps
Heavy just wasn't very exciting, but you tried
This song is much better suited to a mods course than a normal chart...

Moshi Moshi:
Why did you step this song (though it wasn't bad)
also what the fuck is that graphics

RPG:
Awesome song choice and good steps

Todestrieb:
Wow way to have a file suddenly turn hostile

Under this Blue Sky:
Good

ZIv:
Good

Top the Charts:
A few patterns didn't make sense but it was still enjoyable (I just wouldn't vote for it)

Make.believe:
Fun little romp

SWEET ANGEL:
Also great fun Big Grin Some ambiguous steps which I don't enjoy but they aren't flat out doublesteps

I still wonder:
AWFUL song
Decent steps.

Vote:
+5 Echoes
+4 8 bit princess
+3 make up syndrome
+2 Get it Done
+1 Can I get

Tote:
8bit Princess [GariK+] - 59

8bit princess: Standard could have used more spins and pivots. The purpose of standard charts is to get the player moving around the pad to prepare for the crazy patterns shown in the heavy charts. Great sequencing.

a geisha's dream: Standard very interesting to have a contrast in the chorus of the song. needs more pivots

can i get get get: Standard I'm starting to see trend here with standard charts. This one was alright. very similar to 8bit princess' chart.

echoes: Standard I would say it's a six instead of a seven. the file itself would have been better without the slow bpm in the beginning.

get it done: Standard bitchin spins. However, be careful when setting them up and resolving them. The spins leading to the chorus puts the player in an uncomfortable position for the chorus section.

Got the Rhythm: Standard Very spacious for a standard chart.

I Still Wonder: Standard a nice chart. can't say the same for the song

in motion: Standard I like it.

koubuki beatrix: Standard in relation to the other entries, this should be rerated to 8. I like the time signature changes. It took me a second listen to get it down.

Like a Robot: Standard another nice chart with an underwhelming song. I found it odd that you slowed the bpm in the clapping section before the chorus when the claps are heavily implying the native bpm. You didn't seem to repeat the gimmick towards the end. Should be rerated a 7

make up syndrome: Standard good steps. not-so-good song

make believe: Standard the chart would have been better without that last jump at the end since the song doesn't end on a strong note. Aside from that, the chart is tastefully done.

moshi moshi: Standard the chart is pretty good. However, the section with the bpm gimmick is deadly for a standard chart. Reducing the steps to quarter notes would be a huge improvement as it wouldn't force a game over on the player.

Pinkie's Lie: Standard very excessive for a standard chart. I had to look at the Heavy chart to see what happened here. In my opinion, the heavy chart feels overdone, and it's affecting the lower charts as well. This song has a great galloping beat but the fun is taken out of it because of the karaoke steps. I would have love to see the steps die out when the song gets quiet on the first verse.

RPG: Standard fun. I laughed at the first up freeze arrow followed by a down arrow.

Sorairo Days: Standard I grit my teeth for the gimmick bpms that were to come. There was none. I was happy. You're implying the drums hits in the beginning so it feels better to juts have freeze arrows instead of that one leg stepping to the lyrics.

sweet angel: Standard hemiolas would have worked well at the end to match the songs cue that the song is coming to an end. I like this chart.

Todestrieb: Standard excellent progression of difficulty within the chart. Excellent use of freeze arrows. Should be rerated to an 8.

Top the Charts: Standard fun chart

Zenius-I-vanisher: Standard this needs to be rerated to a 7

that japanese song by TAG: Standard excellent use of jumps.

-How'd you connect this to Eden of the East? Anyways, the song was in the OP single for PSYCHO-PASS.
-So what would you rate it?
-I ******* love this song =) I listen to it everyday at work.

-Oh, I got the logos in the background confused for the selecao logo because it's been a while, lol
-It's like an easy 10, because there are a LOT of steps, many of which are 16ths at a pretty overwhelming bpm, and the longer bursts at the end of such a long-feeling song kinda make it so
-Yeah, it really grew on me

"Little Susie dang sweet fell on a cactus, she did, whoooooie!"

I was planning to review and vote this week but ran out of time, so I just looked at the files with double charts ツ If any of you entrants would like a review of your file, though, PM me and I'll toss you a few sentences about it. (I'll cast votes in the pairing rounds for sure)

Got The Rhythm DH: okay so I can tell a whole lot of thought and planning went into this chart, and props for that. Be careful with the execution though. The patterns that crossed through the center two arrows often had one foot crossing through the other, or very close (beat 89, beat 120, and beat 217.5 are prime examples). There were a few sudden position movements, especially near the ending with the pad trades. Remember that if you have to reach right for a step, you'll be doing it with the right foot, and left for a leftward reach. Also be cognizant of how well your stretch patterns flow in and out of the chart (hello beat 76). And lastly, jumping from 1P side to 2P side and back is usually frowned upon because it's so hard. Whew, that's a lot to think about, haha. On the other hand, this chart reminds me of the phase in my own stepping career where I was experimenting heavily with stretches, so I have high hopes for you!

Moshi Moshi DH: Rife with doublesteps. I'd suggest actually just indexing this chart and see how many you can find. The 16th stream before the modulation wasn't necessary. Needs a lot of work before it's playable.

Zenius -I- vanisher (V) DH: Looks like a lot of fun. There were a couple foot transitions I could take issue with and you had some crazy Ubertreffen stretch stuff in one eighth run but overall it's a well-done double.
