I just about cringed when I heard the woman in that video drawl "THAT'S LIKE YOUR HOME SQUARE."
Something tells me this is going to become a new meme on this site.Post #102 · Posted at 2012-10-30 02:20:24am 12.4 years ago

Oh gawd... -shudder-
On the other note: Maybe you should show up and be like, "Sup? I made a song that's on there! I'll take autographs later." But I'm quite surprised delta, GO, and celebrate nite didn't make it, if they brought in mostly Xbox stuff.

Some songs from this list were included on Walk It Out!
in b4, KONAMI re-uses songs from Walk It Out! on DanceDanceRevolution (AC) 2013.

Considering that Walk It Out! was supposed to be DDR Universe 4... That wouldn't surprise me. I'd most certainly welcome that.

I wonder what the charts will look like... I'm afraid we might see too easy charts like Winx Club edition, there were pretty good songs in there too, but they were pretty disappointing. I can't wait to see what it'll actually look like with a crowd playing in class. Nonetheless, it's a good list of good songs, so that's a good start!

It's very possible the charts are going to be Auto-gen'd since there are so many songs on one...disc/program, that and the fact that there was a demo that was running the original Dynamite Rave yet the charts were NOT the original charts for Expert, Intermediate, etc.Post #107 · Posted at 2012-10-30 04:55:09am 12.4 years ago

I would applaud if they do some last second magical patch or something that gives all of this actual charts and not auto-gen garbage.

Especially since they included stuff like Outer Limits, PSM, Max300, Maxx Unlimited and TLoM... High BPM autogen means the school nurse will get broken ankle overloads. Maybe the demo version they had wasn't loaded with real charts yet and the final version will be updated with the real deal? Do we have an official release date for it?

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if it is set up to scroll at a constant speed with no stops.

Judging by the website, I think this game's already released/is taking orders for shipment of the game and equipment.
Unless someone here is a teacher/coach/hacker/pirate, I don't think we will be getting any videos, screencaps, and otherwise gaming related stuff out of this game. As if anybody here actually wants to see how the game looks and works and stuff.

LOL, extra credit to whoever can pass VD
And seriously, they get almost 400 songs?
I should promote this game to my college gym and see if they'd allow me to be a DDR instructor. XD

Wow, what an interesting song list. Lots of KO revivals, but very few songs from SN arcade and up.
I'm assuming that means this is not the final songlist and will be updated later. It looks like what Konami is doing to jubeat saucer and the new AC DDR has hit this game too.
I'm sure YouTube videos will pop up eventually. It's not illegal to film this game or anything (it was already on TV!). And unless Konami has made some kind of lesson plan already, I'm still wondering how someone would teach DDR to so many kids.

A lot of cs versions had lesson mode I don't see why this wouldn't too, especially if almost everyone will be clueless

I'm aware. I'm simply stating that lesson modes are likely because most cs and some ac versions have themPost #120 · Posted at 2012-10-31 11:33:13pm 12.4 years ago
It looks to me like a master tracklist of the entire Ultramix/Universe series to date (give or take A Different Drum and some licenses), along with a new title's worth of content. In fact... it's kind of like KDEA is releasing their own "Arcade Version" that can possibly measure up to DDR X2 standards, but simply marketing it to schools instead of arcades (chasin' that money!).
I would so suck this up, too; if only. And why would they have to autogen stepcharts at all? PARANOiA Survivor MAX is totally doable on
/
for any reasonably seasoned player; not everybody needs to play songs like those on
/
. Save that for us superpros!
I'm totally shocked to not see/notice 888 or deltaMAX on there yet, though. Hmm...
EDIT: Oh yeah. Long live MONDO STREET and END OF THE CENTURY.
