I'd like to join.

Some themes I'd like to see:
repeats from last year: DDR Edit, Bemani Crossovers, Licensed, Free Week
New:
Rock Week: step any rock song.
Japanese: step any song that's in Japanese, Japanese styled(like Tsugaru), or by an artist in Japan. No DDR edits or Bemani crossovers.
ITG week: Give any song an ITG Expert stepchart, plus 2 other difficulties.
S+D Week: Song must have charts on Singles and Doubles, plus 1 other difficulty.
Before 1980: Song must be from before 1980, or be a remix, remake, or cover of a song from before 1980.
Comedy Week: Joke songs, parody songs, etc.

The hip hop/rap mentioned above might work, or you could have a Funky Mix week like DDR Evolved.

The single BPM thing mentioned above could be an interesting challenge, but discourages beginner steppers.
I'd prefer not to see a single artist week, that is too narrow.

World Week/Foreign Language week would be cool also. I THINK we had that last year?

I'll tell you why, because rock music != good dancable music for DDR.

If you're referring to the Beatles from the UK that made Revolver, Let It Be and Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, then I don't think most people would participate for that theme. For the most part, the songs would have drifting BPMs and not many people on this site are big enough fans to make simfiles out of their songs.

They're not fun to "Step" to, anyway. I've tried and failed miserably.
