It was playable at one point on DDR 4th Mix. One of the very early fan-made recordings of B4U starts with the player cycling through one of the songwheel catagories, and the preview clips for Eyes On Me and Ultra High Heels both play for a brief second.
The only songs that there were verifiiable video proof of were Jump and Money. There was no such thing as youtube back then, video compression was almost non-existant, and there wasn't much point spending 12 hours sending someone a video file, unless it was to give the video to someone who was capable of making a .BMS File of the song.
There were .BMS files for Jump, Money and Eyes Of Me, which apparantly used the Maniac stepcharts from location tests, but there's no way for us to know if they were ever truly accurate, or just made-up.

So Eyes On Me was on 4th Mix? I'll have to edit my post later and fix that.
@Panstyle - The master song list? Its a list of all the songs included in the game series. Sometimes songs get left on the song list and never get used or there is no data for them. MAX. (period) and Timepiece Phase II are the only ones am aware of, and although they are included there is no data for either song found on any mix.

It carried over into 3rd Mix Korean V2, certain versions of 4th Mix, and all versions of 4th Mix Plus.

Alright so part of the restructuring of the first post will be adding images of the exclusives and deleted songs (for those that have them). I am probably going to do a little bit more cleaning up later today, but I got some beta and missing songs banners up.
EDIT: Added VANITY ANGEL to EuroMIX2 exclusives. It is NOT the same as EXTREME's chart.

Asia didn't get them I believe. I think Japan was the only region to get 4th PLUS anyways so he is technically still correct.

I have played both an Asian and Japanese 4thMIX and I could have sworn all 1st issue Korean songs were present on both. Is it just BA KWWO we're talking about here or all of the ver.KOREA songs?

I'm not sure, but just not including Ba Kkwo wouldn't make sense as Lee Jung Hyun has another song (Wa) that was also on that mix as well.

That's the first time I've heard that one. Maybe it was one of the location test machines where they were absent?

Just a heads up on the first page you listed a handful of songs from DDR Ultramix as songs from the beta of supernova, they were never on any beta test for supernova as far as i know because i played the game at each stage of its beta testing and those songs NEVER turned up, i would have played them otherwise...
They were part of a very early build of the game and were removed before (I believe) any of the location tests. You can see the songs listed on early screenshots of the game but they never made it onto the game. There were in fact on a flyer which had mock screenshots as each song had 10 foot expert charts and AAA grades for every chart including some graphics that were never in the final build.
From being the first person outside of konami to actually see the game (apparently) it doesnt get any earlier than that

I thought it was pretty common knowledge that the one screenshot:

was a mock up and that SuperNOVA never contained any of these listed songs (except Gorgeous 2012 and Ballad for You).

Also, I think Eddie of Bemanistyle (way to spread yet another rumor, but that's what I remember) said that the picture came from a powerpoint presentation or pdf that was released to promote the game, for those who may be thinking that this a touched-up and doctored stepmania screenshot.

Yeah I could see some people claiming it was a Stepmania screenshot. Then again some people claimed SuperNOVA had auto-sync left on (which the DDR engine doesn't have this)

That same image can be found in the DDR SN NA CS manual at the very back, promoting the arcade counterpart.

Something interesting in this screenshot : "Meaning of Life by K.Will feat Gary"
It's a Korean song (K.Will for Kpop and Garry for K Hiphop from the group Leessang) but It's not on their discography...
