I'm using Techno Fiend 3.1. It's probably the most complete theme out there, I've even changed my "default" noteskin to the matching "Apocalypse" one. The tunes, SFX, and easter eggs throughout it are probably the best out there.

Gotta agree with you on this'n. I also like using Cyberia Style ever so often.
