There's only 40 songs in the game, and that list has exactly 40 songs. My prediction, what you see is what you get.
There will be no speed mods, since the gimmick changes in HP2 were probably done because of the addition of speed modifiers. Screen Block is back and foot confusers are back to the HP1 setup, that alone tells me they won't have speed modifiers.

I can't wait for footage of this game to show up online. It's a shame I can't buy it on the release day, the last thing I need is more wii pads. This is the 3rd DDR bundle on the Wii, Konami really needs to start doing the stand alone games. 
I know it's not on the list of songs found on the master list, but I really hope "Grim Grim Ghost" is in the game.

True. It's just enough from the looks of things to be worse than the banners from DCE. (since DCE actually had more than one variety of banner, if that accounts for something...) All I'm hoping is that some of the songs have stepcharts that are surprisingly great.

It does, it's just cut off. If you look at the end of the left freeze (the opposite end of the point), you see a clear star inside of the arrow.
