Posting here since Xbox Live Support sucks big time
I ordered a 12year month subscription back in October when they had a discount for a year plan for $40 before they changed it to $60, my current one is gonna expire soon and I keep getting messages about renewing my account. I thought it that once my current one runs out, the new one that I bought will start, but it shows that I have not ordered it at all, even though I have proof of purchase. I tried calling the support line, but no help. Any ideas?

Apparently rumors are flying that the PSP2 (or PSP phone) will have graphics that are up to par with the PS3. I myself call BS on that, but what do you all think about this?
