Ugh, these missions are so difficult. There are two similar ones that pissed me off:
LEVEL 5, What Will Come of Me, BASIC, Get 98 MARVELOUS!! or more, there are only 103 steps in the chart.
LEVEL 4, Tierra Buena, Beginner, Get 55 MARVELOUS!! or more, there are only 65 steps in the chart.
And I love how a Level 6 mission was When I Grow Up expert, and all you had to do was full combo it on 1x dark. I guess Konami thinks that MA'ing is really easy compared to the incredibly difficult DARK MOD
And I'm going to not even attempt that one mission that says get a marvelous full combo
By the way, my best try on Tierra Buena was 54 with Ps and a G on the last 3 steps. Oh well.

I'm on Konami's side when it comes to how long it takes to unlock all the songs. When you beat it in just 2 days it gets boring quick, but when you have something to play for then it stays interesting and you feel better at the end of each accomplishment instead of the still kinda good but dying feeling of beating a song that you've played over and over because you love it but in fact you loved it to death without realizing it.
There are songs you want to play over and over again because of a stupid mission, and songs you want to play over and over because you love them.

The What Will Come of Me one is in the left side of Gus's area. I did go around to move the block, because I needed to get Emi through it.
That really sucks about Tierra Buena, I would've been so upset if that happened to me
EDIT: On the topic of Consent, I think it's possible to unlock him without doing the un deux trois mission. I unlocked Queen Zukin without clearing the road block in front of her area, so maybe it's possible to do it for Consent.

You know, I usually hate when they translate songs different, but I think NADESHIKO is a cooler name than "Rin Toshite Saku Hana no Gotoku". Would've been cooler to just call it NADESHIKO ROCK though.

Anybody notice this game's case doesn't have a spot to store your memory card? I've never seen a PS2 game lacking that feature before.
EDIT: I stand corrected. It's also missing on X and DIsney Channel. I guess it's just a new thing.

AFAIK, all PS2 games released since early 2008 have game cases with no place for a memory card. My Arcana Heart, DDR X, Metal Slug Anthology, KOF XI, Neo Geo Battle Coliseum all have no memory card spotsEDIT: I stand corrected. It's also missing on X and DIsney Channel. I don't miss them. I've placed my memory cards in those spots of games I end up not playing again and I look all over the place when I need them later not thinking of a game in which I've lost interest.
I also had one that was a few MB larger than the standard size, and was larger in physical size as well, meaning it didn't fit in the slot. So they didn't serve that purpose.

OMG, I finally got through the Tierra Buena mission. I had four perfects going into the last fifteen or so steps then got six perfects in a row, but managed to marvelous the rest. This would be so much easier with speed mods.

Wheras in X none of them did.

Yeah, I hit a stump so I thought it would be best to post what I have so far. After unlocking the TINY arrow skin, I proceeded to play five more songs (B4U voltage, let's get it started
and la camisa negra ) and got nothing. Keep in mind that this is being done through Standard Mode with the stages set to five and ES/EES turned off.Quoted from the chat:

I can confirm that edits don't qualify for the "Get 5 Full Marvelous Combo" square. I'll also never be able to get the "Get a score of ZERO on a basic chart"

Your best bet for the 5 FMC square is to play Dream on Dreamer on Beginner as it has 37 steps. But good luck playing that same chart five times in a row.

Actually, I think I came up with a better option. Pluto the First beginner on Cut and Jumps off. The entire second half of the song is all 8th notes, so cut will get rid of all them. I'm going to try it once I unlock it. EDIT: Wait, I'm dumb. You can't get the full score if Cut removes steps
Also, you don't have to do that get 6 perfects or less un deux trois mission to unlock Concent. I unlocked a die side for him just by playing other missions. And if you're curious, the mission on the other side of the gate looks easier. It was Do You Know (The Ping Pong Song), and the mission was something like end the song with the lifebar above 85%. That sounds soooooo much easier than 6 perfects or less on un deux trois basic.
