When I change the X scale to normal scale, I do it this way

1 >> 1
2-3 >> 2
4-5 >> 3
6 >> 4
7 >> 5
8 >> 6
9-10 >> 7
11-12 >> 8
13-14 >> 9
15-20 >> 10

That's a very rough estimate that doesn't take into account step patterns. Besides, I have little experience on rating 15+ difficulties, which is why I'm asking for help (though any suggestion on any chart's rating is welcome.)

I keep a .psd file with 3 layers: one for the frame (which is basically a square with inner bevel), other for the album art (128x128) and another for the text. I halve the size of the album art that I want to replace for the second layer, and change the text on the third and voilà!
