Yeah, it's over 990,000 for AAA, has been since they lowered the AAA requirements from PFC.

Yeah, you can technically get an AAA with a Good if your Marvelous count is high enough.

Is a PFC AA possible if you Perfect attack? Or is the difference between Marvelous and Perfect not enough to drop the score below 990?

You would need a song with at least 1,001 steps, and get all perfects or better, with at least 1,001 perfects. So far, none exists.
All Marvelous and 1 Perfect = 999,990.
10 perfects = 999,900
100 perfects = 999,000
1000 perfects = 990,000
1001 perfects = 989,990

I hate to be "that guy" by why isn't Top the Charts and Desert Journey in the Beta folder yet? I am sure someone could add the 
charts within an hour [the youtube videos with note have been posted on here already] and dump them into that folder. The lineout and almost everything else [no album cover and new art for Desert Journey] but still useful for others.
IDC for the charts but that is something for someone to do also for completion sake.

You can also get an AA PFC on course mode because of the higher score weight for marvelous in that mode.

As an aside, has anyone seen any doubles charts of the "new" HP stuff? I am a tad curious to see how those turned out. I thought they did a good job on the X3 doubles and I wonder how the recent batch turned out.

I hear that. I will still break out my Extreme 2 at times and it's amusing when my great combo has enough greats to yield me an A instead of a AA.
I will switch over to Supernova US CS and the same problem occurs because I had enough greats [the ratio of Perfects to Greats has to be greater than 11/1 to get a AA] and I get an A great full combo.
