Got a new 47 inch HDTV and I can hook my computer to it. I may have the best stepmania setup ever,

Whoa. That's sounds pretty awesome. Nothing more sweet than seeing a game being displayed in HD. Unless you're using the PS2 which for some reason is not HDTV friendly

PlayStation 2s are HDTV-friendly if you're using component cables. DDR games are a pain to calibrate on PS2 or Xbox 360 for play on HDTVs, though.

Well no, PS2's 480i/p signal will always look blurry on HDTVs no matter how you spin it. They look amazing on huge CRTs however.

True. However, that is also dependent on the game. Almost all PS2 games output at 480i/p. Only two games on the PS2 actually outputted in 1080i HD: Gran Turismo 4 and Tourist Trophy (NTSC versions only). I remember playing Gran Turismo 4 on a friend's TV in 2006, and was literally taken aback at how beautiful the game looked (for it's time) on a 52" HDTV.

Okay, so tomorrow at around 1:30 to 2:00, I will meet up with Telperion at my arcade and we will call up a bunch of girls and have an orgy play DDR and take some pictures. Hopefully, he's not a registered sex offender and if I am not online for a long time, this may be the reason why.
But, I doubt that will happen, and he and I will have the time of our lives.

I'm thinking of buying DDR (US 1st) on eBay. The cheapest I could pay for it, including shipping, is $15.29. Is it worth it?

For novelty, sure.
In terms of songs and whatnot, well, it's got three PARANOiAs, Afronova, a couple Trip Machines, and Get Up'n Move. Other stuff too, but I don't remember them because they're probably stupid.

Pandy, I have a 32" tv that I can hook my laptop up to. even with vsync, my score ended up being this, thanks to the video and audio going via hdmi.
Even using the pc audio in and game mode on the tv and forcing v sync on, the bloody thing still was off sync. So now I play using my 17" vga monitor and my stereo system in my room. Not as pretty but not as hard to setup, and I can M and P attack quite nicely.
And also, I was at work from 1 till 9:30. I'm very tired now but at least I'll earn a bit more money as a result

For those that didn't get the memo, Microsoft is releasing the new Dashboard update tomorrow (1 November). As for what time, I not sure when it'll be up. My guess (based on the last 2-3 updates) is that it'll be released at or around 3am PDT.

Yeah they finally give an announcement for it, I can finally now be on party chats once again Dont do beta stuff for Xbox...it's not worth it, I think your right for the time since they update it late at night

I finally got to play SIRIUS over the weekend, and it was fantastic. Apparently I've must have gotten better at scratching, since I was able to pass both naughty girl@Queen's Palace and Red. by Full Metal Jacket with an A.
