They had an offer back in late September to give people the update & tell Microsoft about it. Only thing that sucked about the beta thing I couldn't do party chats/private chat for the whole month because they improved the codec of the chats in the new one (They will work when it fully releases though)

Neat I'm glad they're fixing the chat system. There are a few things that are really bugged about it. One being when it randomly decides to stop broadcasting a voice when in a party for about 10 seconds. That and all the disconnections that happen spontaneously. If they fix those, I'll be glad.

Side: I found this huge derp face in the bg video on PunchLove. Those make me lol

The new Dashboard's supposed to be released sometime before Kinect's release (November 4th).

Rumors I hear its actually October 26th (some I heard its the 28th). I'm so-so on that cause I think its a bit too early, but the beta users get daily messages about the updates they randomly give out to the system. Since about last Friday, they gave me a message like this


If it isnt coming out that day, I think its gonna be November 4

lol what's the point about hacking gamerscore? Achievements are supposed to be achieving when acquired (hence the name :v)
What's the point about bragging about your gamerscore if most of it (or all) wasn't even unlocked yourself?

Side: So today I have more homework than usual. I have to sum up a 2 page article in half a page, and get my formal lab report mostly done for tomorrow. May sound like very little, but that lab is gonna take at least 2 hours to get to an acceptable point.
Then tomorrow were starting another lab so I will have to work on one formal lab and one informal lab, yaayyyyy

On the plus side, I can't wait to use my new and improved Scout costume

E-Penis. Not surprisingly, lots of people that hack gamerscore and use gamesaves set their privacy preferences to not list what games they've played so people can't see their bullshit achievements.

In my mind, anyone with their privacy set to cover their games is a cheater, regardless of score. If they were legit, they'd have no reason to hide.

I'm slightly annoyed. I passed my first 14 yesterday, failed it 3 times today with no passes.

On the plus side, I've now got tekken 6 collector's edition with the arcade stick which is causing me to enjoy fighting games on the 360 now after hating them because i was always crap at them because I was stuck with a d pad.

I also figured out how to sort of block properly on tekken, and that any button presses break your guard. Haven't beaten azazel yet but working on it with akuya or whatever.

Also enjoyed the rest of armageddon.... got Asterix gold edition for $25. 8 fuckin dvd's. Saw some of them a while ago when I bought it but one disc was a dud so I returned it without watching/burning the rest but when I bought it last time it was also twice the price so in the long run I saved de moneys!

Also, lol quaddable achievements.
