Let It Out

So, uh... today I had a math midterm. It was really easy. Then I had a 20 minute lunch. Then I had my 4th period final. Shit happened.

There was this bitch outside who was giving my friend Rebecca the finger and calling her a bitch because she wouldn't get this boy for her, so I got in her fucking face and told her to go back to her damn class. Then I walked back inside my classroom, and sat down. Then these other girls were telling me I shouldn't have done that and I was being stupid. So I told them to shut up and they were like shut up fag and then I started cussing all them out. I cussed out like 6 people. Then the teacher came over and talked to me and sent me, Rebecca and 2 girls I cussed out to the VP. We all talked it out, and we're cool now. The VP told me to go sit in on-site to calm down. Best part is I didn't get in trouble at all because I've never had on-site or been in the VP's office for all my high school-ness. I think that class now knows not to piss me off.

Wow. I guess I should count myself really lucky.
In our education system, this is how they mark things:
0-49 = Level 0
50-59 = Level 1
60-69 = Level 2
70-79 = Level 3
80-100 = Level 4
I believe the letter grades accord to it the same where 50-59 would be D and 80-100 being in the A range.
To be on the honour roll, you need to have an average of 80% or more.
The provincial standard is also about 75%.

What astonishes me is that our system differs so much from your grading system yet nothing has been said about it.

Yeah, having a clean record can come in handy.
Although my school did the most annoying thing to me. Back in Grade 9, I had a fake punch go too far where it actually made contact with someone's head. It didn't hit too hard as I did stop myself from doing a full out punch, but I end up getting an in-school suspension (that was beyond boring. I stared at a wall for 6 and a half hours). Then my friend gets ticked off at this jerk and punches him and he also gets a in-school suspension. Same punishment, two levels of severity

Something Awful has stopped allowing guests from viewing threads. There goes my "subscription" to an SSLP that provides behind the scenes info on the game, the various series included in it, related games, and the translation group who provided the patch.

So I reformatted/reinstalled windows vista on my laptop. I was dreading the activation phase when it gets itself into the post-installation phase, but to my surprise it required no activation. Is the setup disc I have one of those so-called OEM versions, that require no activation?

This was actually the first time I've reformatted Vista (or a genuine windows OS, the ones we've used to reformat our old desktop has the activation part patched out, I guess), so I don't know what to make of it.
