yeah I'm pretty sure WILD SIDE is my most played song and I never had this happen on any of the 3 machines I've tried in Tokyo.

I gave up on 2013 yesterday, there are still places I need to walk on my last day tomorrow so I've only been playing X3 and saucer random matching since then. I believe I picked a terrible time to come to Tokyo (would have been ideal to wait a week and a half for 2013 upgrades and certain music CD release dates) but it can't be helped, I'm busy next week.

Tell me what to do seems really bad to me.
Top The Charts seems really good to me.
escape seems ok, I would have to play it.

I think Top The Charts and escape could do without the shock arrows.

Top The Charts is a strange one. The first half just seems like with shock arrows but the second half is very different.
:shrug:. I thought the was fine already and didn't need a challenge chart but oh well.

I think the chart for Tell me what to do is very creative; I like it.

The only new HP chart I really don't like so far is Tell me what to do. It's just too messy and all over the place. The Island Song is surprisingly good, escape and Top the Charts are good for shock arrow charts, but would be great as standalone normal charts.

I think charts like Daikenkai (oni), End of the Century, Desert Journey, Arrabbiata, almost all the X-specials, and many others, are worse than Tell me what to do (oni)

Is Konami getting these songs from one Hottest Party or randomly from any of the Wii DDRs?

Tell me what to do is a bit iffy, I like what they tried but it's too all-over-the-place in some spots and takes away from what should be a really enjoyable chart.

Nightbird's Lost Wing? Monkey Business? Is there an animal theme going on here? I kinda hope so.

I'm pretty sure the "nightbird" in nightbird lost wing refers to an earlier 猫叉Master+ song, Far east nightbird, and that there is no animal motif. (There's also heron, but S-C-U's songs are almost exclusively named after animals.)


2 songs are from HOTTEST PARTY, 3 are from HOTTEST PARTY 2, 2 are from the 2010 DanceDanceRevolution game for both PS3 and Wii, and 3 are from DanceDanceRevolution II.

I do not know but I have a suspicion that caramelldansen (ryu remix) will appear in next new musics of DDR 2013.
