Since this is the last week, I have some comments. May not be accurate.

CANDY CANDY - yes someone used empty space correctly. i rarely see this.
ECSTASY - song and chart to some extent shouts DDR to me.
FLUTTER - sounds like some random MAD from YouTube, which is not suitable for stepping.
Good Troop Boop - song's volume is too low.
Goodnight - a bit understepped.
KIMONO PRINCESS - sorry, i like the original one better.
New Magical Definition - hoo yes a chaotic stepchart done right.
Sweet Rain - you overstepped this. not enjoyable.
The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku (Theatrical Version) - uh, what.
Tokyo Teddy Bear - parts of the song basically asks for blue arrow syndrome. 4ths just don't fit.
Too Young - it was all good but the 16th stream at the end ruined it for me.
Why not - again, original one is better.

Also, a reminder for everyone, starting the chart right when the song starts is not a good idea. there are some exceptions though, but generally everyone should keep that in mind. Watch your chart's consistency and symmetry. Watch the sync also... sometimes I don't get when people submit files that's offsync because of wrong offset. Offset is one factor that I base my judgments on. If it's on-sync it should do something like these...

I thought I'd share this funny story before I end this post: When I played THANK YOU FOR PLAYING, I had to play it twice. The first time I started playing and the fUCKING FEELS GOT TO ME AND I HAD TO STOP TO CALM DOWN AND I HAVE NO IDEA AS TO WHY. #wh00ps Then, I had to concentrate and actually judge it.

Why not
This chart started absolutely flawlessly imo, but the absolute brilliance was kind of ruined by the eventual samey-ness of it all (not enough variety in steps), a handful (I counted maybe... 8 or 10?) of doublesteps that really kill the flow of the steps, and one or two rhythmic stepping errors (beat ). Nice patterns, I just wish you didn't kind of spam them. (Maybe if you made longer segments and spammed those, it wouldn't be as noticeable?) Also, watch the footing a little more closely to avoid the doublesteps. When I wasn't doublestepping, I was having fun. Great work.

Wow. Great, only two minor nitpicks: The two (R+D) jumps round 1/4 way through the song didn't really seem to go to anything or fit, and the 12th gallops should have been 16th gallops according to the way the song goes.
I dunno why, but I really liked the ending, haha. It by all means SHOULDN'T work.

Really reminds me of Gekkou Chou's chart, haha. Very good steps.
Faaaaantastic . The jumps really accent the chaotic nature of the song, and the doubletaps in the intro worked well.

Must've been a pain to sync.
The song is complete chaos, though, and the steps reflected it well, but it is a really weird song, and it made the steps weird. Good patterns though.

SOUND THE ALARM we have a doublestep segment that's implemented properly and actually makes the chart better O____O
Aside from that moment of glory, though, the rest of the chart was a little unnecessarily hard to follow in places, and I know it's because the song goes like that, but the reviews are mostly based on personal preference for fun.

CANDY CANDY
Okay chart. The doublesteps that were in this chart weren't bad at all, since they were clearly intentional even from the first play and they were consistent.

ECSTASY
Good chart. The slowdowns were used well and the use of BG videos was a nice touch.

FLUTTER (Baby Dragon Rmx)
Nice charts. I can tell that at least the and charts are somewhat inspired by the official charts, though they are different (especially the chart). Also, the chart is a lot harder in the end than the beginning, which isn't bad, though it did seem a little sudden.

Goodnight
Fun chart. The stops were a nice idea, and I liked how you kept arrows going to the beat even when there wasn't an obvious melody.

Goof Troop Boop
Great chart. I can see why the effects have to be different between OpenITG and SM5; the effects used surprised me even though I've seen quite a few of these kinds of things (I'm using SM5, so those were the effects I saw). The mines were used extremely well, too; it's not common that I have to actually think about avoiding mines when I'm indexing on the keyboard.

KIMONO PRINCESS
Nice chart. It kind of reminds me of how hard charts were made when X Scale 13's were actually considered hard: 16ths (or double-speed 8ths) weren't what made them hard, crossovers and things like that made them hard. If the song wasn't an Extra Stage song, it's chart would probably be something like this.

New Magical Definition electro mix
Great chart. It's difficulty is well balanced; challenging but not made just to be hard. It'd be nice if DDR had more charts like this, but most of their charts between 120-150 BPM aren't even 13's.
For some reason, this was the first chart I PFC'd in SM5.

Sweet Rain
Good chart. It would make more sense if this were the chart (and a few of the easier sections made harder), but it's not a bad chart at all. However, it should probably start a little later, and it probably shouldn't be a 9.

THANK YOU FOR PLAYING
Nice chart. It was good to see the simpler rhythms being used, but in such a way that there weren't significant breaks.

Tokyo Teddy Bear
Great charts. The chorus section of the chart was a little weird though, since I expected it to mostly go with the lyrics. The chart is great, and the use of jumps really helps (however, doing that in a chart would probably be a little too difficult).

Too Young
Fun chart. The ending was probably a bit too hard, but the rest was quite good.

Why Not
Okay chart. Most of the crossovers and spins were nice, but some of the arrow rhythms have some problems. The 16th at the end of a freeze arrow near the beginning of the song was not good; you shouldn't assume that people are using a Judge difficulty that would allow them to let go of a freeze arrow early. Also, in the second half of the song, the 16ths that were grouped with 4ths didn't really make sense like the ones that were grouped with 8ths.
