Say it Again (Naoki ft. DDT) is actually a cover of Hyper Eurobeat (Considering the song and no the lyrics)

From TVTropes:
According to legend, DDRMAX2 originally had the correct title for Little Boy (Boy Oh Boy Mix) at the beta location test, but after a fansite's embarrassing typo of "Boy On Boy Mix" turned into a meme, Konami staff thought it was funny enough to insert the error into the game itself.
Is this true? The Dancemania site also has it too, so I think it originated from Dancemania's behalf.

That is totally not true. Unfortunately Konami actually did screw up spelling SCOOCH and instead put SCOOTH for the artists of MORE THAN I NEEDED TO KNOW on MAX2. That spelling error is also part of a quite embarrassing list of spelling errors on Konami's behalf. The most embarrassing of all was when they spelled their own company name wrong on SuperNOVA and put "KONMAI ID".

The story I heard was it was wrong on Konami's end and Captain Jack was quoted saying he had no idea why they didn't fix it. In the end, the song lasted two games and was never heard from again anyways.
Trying to remember if the soundtrack had the typo too...

KONAMI is all about the typos. Actually, MAX2 was pretty bad about it, aside from the aforementioned ones there was also THUDERPUSS.

I think they spelled things wrong on the pop art for the sides of the machine as well. I haven't seen the pop art in a very long time though so I can't say for sure. MAX2 was by far the worst when it came to typos.

You all talk about it like it ruined the game lol
Uhh, in Max2 (lol) Burnin The Floor was revived and rated a 9 (!) while keeping the same 7 footer chart from 5th mix and previous games. Wild Rush Oni was also mistakingly rated a 1.

Was that spelled incorrectly? In Dr.D's video of Reach Up, it is spelled correctly...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWxowXYyKbM
Its gets cut off a little bit because of the banner, but its spelled correctly. I wonder if that was after an online patch though...

I think, the programmers write faster.

I miss the challenging 10-foot Boss Song of Dancing Stage SuperNOVA : Terra - Flowers.

Wasn't it Mugen No HIkari?

There was a challenge chart to Flowers?
Wouldn't be too surprised, I didn't know Freeway shuffle had an Oni till the X2 machine. (And I don't get to play on mixes beyond extreme too regularly.
Not true. Dynamite Rave (AIR SPECIAL) does this.
(ALL CAPS are pad side)
It goes LEFT up, RIGHT up, LEFT up, RIGHT up up-up JUMP RIGHT left-upx2, etc.
But yeah, two songs do this. The march and air special

I read somewhere that the only doubles charts to include Up-Up jumps are in a Disney AC machine. Can anyone confirm this?

Disney's RAVE does have at least one song that does that. Can't remember the name. Maybe I'll film myself playing the Golfland machine...
Mickey Mouse March (Eurobeat Version). It's also on the home version. Not true. Dynamite Rave (AIR SPECIAL) does this.

Nope. The song misrated as a 10 on the SN Location tests (IIRC) was indeed Mugen no hikari.

Highs Off You (Scorccio XY Mix) drops a precision F-strike in the middle of the song.

I think it debuted in Max, but the great part is that it's included in DDR Extreme CS... The game is rated E. How the heck did Konami get that in there?

It's not really much of an interesting fact (I think someone posted this already), but in DDR SuperNOVA CS. When you chose a song that has an unknown crazy BPM (In this case boss songs), the BPM stops and shows the actual highest BPM in the song for a brief quarter of a second before it is gone from the screen.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but the X2 CS disc has a lot of the X2 AC BGM found on it, including the e-Amuse menu track.

It's very subtle; unless you know prior that it is an f-bomb, you wouldn't even think twice about it.
