I notice in a bunch of food products that there is a label warning that states this: “Warning: This product may contain peanuts.” I am now guessing that this is for people who are allergic to peanuts and do not want anything to eat that has peanuts in it. I like the idea of having food companies doing this, and it causes not so much trouble.
However, there is a problem with this. Sometimes, adding this label can be pretty stupid. For example, let’s just say that you are buying something like Planter’s Peanuts, okay? And you see on the label at the side of the can, showing “contains peanuts.” NO SHIT SHERLOCK. I’M BUYING PEANUTS FOR GOD’S SAKE, IT BETTER CONTAIN THE GODDAMN PEANUTS. It’s not like someone is allergic and goes into a grocery shop and says this: “Ooh, Planters! I wonder if this contains peanuts? *looks at label* GODDAMMIT IT DOES!!”
Yeah, no.

I lol'dYou make a very good point too. I think I have seen a handful of products that were plain obvious that contained some sort nut and has a warning.
Although you'd be surprised on how many people can actually be that stupid. I have a few people I know that work at a grocery store and they have met some bizarre customers

Fuck yeah! Halo Reach midnight release, bitches!
...I don't actually plan on playing it for another two days or so, though. I'm still using my cable connection to recover more of my lost hentai collection while also downloading a fuckton of anime. Even when I get my 360 connected to Live again, I've been really wanting to play the new Mass Effect 2 DLC for the past week or so, so that takes priority first. I might even start on Magnacarta 2 before starting Halo, because it's been sitting on my coffee table for about a month now and it hasn't been played yet.
Honestly, the only reason I went to the midnight release of Halo Reach is because I just got off work and I'm still pretty active, whereas if I'd waited until morning, I probably wouldn't want to leave my apartment until I had to leave for work.

im now moved into my apartment in columbus. i like it a lot. my room is a decent size...bigger than any dorm room i would have gotten. so now i have a week until school starts. i still need to find a job and get books and shit.
on a related note, ive been jumping through so many hoops to get on the internet since the cable isnt installed on our place yet. started on one of the neighbors internet which was an open network. slow, probably because everyone was using it. then that network suddenly vanished. decided to look through some networks that were wep encrypted. found one named J4N0V4 so i just had to crack it. they were smart and had a 132bit key so it took me like 3-4 hours just sitting and waiting for packets since my attacks werent working at full power. got that key and then that one suddenly vanished like right as i connected. waited for a few more hours for more wep networks to how up since im way to lazy to bruteforce a wpa key. now im on another network that showed up recently. took like 15-20 minutes since the key was so easy (20:09:20:09:20). its always fun taking advantage of dumb people
now that im in, the cable guy is coming in tomorrow to get our cable and stuff set up. toot toot wasted time.

Everyday during school lunchtime, the cafeteria has applesauce for side dishes. Normally, the applesauce is just like any other applesauce and it is topped with cinnamon sugar. Now for me, I don’t eat applesauce because I never really liked the taste and consistency of it.
And here’s why I am lucky I didn’t have applesauce today.
Today, one of the girls that I sit with knew that something was wrong with her applesauce. She said it didn’t taste right. She figured it was only her applesauce because her ham wasn’t that great either. So, the girl sitting next to her tasted the applesauce and she said it sucks. So did the person sitting next to me. And down the other tables, they said their applesauce tastes terrible as well. The next thing that happened was two other people came to my table and talked about them trying out the applesauce, spitting it out, and then mentioning this to the cafeteria workers. Apparently, instead of adding sugar to the applesauce, one of the workers accidentally added salt to the applesauce. And then, a guy in my table didn’t want to eat it, and the girls were tempting him to eat it. He didn’t give in. I didn’t try it either.
And that is the story of the terrible applesauce.

In my room, there is a rope light that reacts to sound. Whenever music plays, the lights react and blink faster and faster to how loud the sound is. The rope light surrounds the entire ceiling of my room, and it makes it look really cool.
Anyways, one night, my brother and my mom were cleaning out the room that I sleep in, so my bro can have an easy study environment to help him with nursing school. My mom happened to hang my Mark Texiera jersey on the rope light. Usually, it hung on a shelf, but it might have seemed safer to hang it on the rope light, right? WRONG. As I was sleeping, there was too much tension on the rope from the hanging jersey that the rope fell from its supports, knocking things from my top shelf and landing on my head. At first, I thought I was being loud in my sleep and my brother threw something at me to shut up. But then I saw the rope light hanging with the jersey, and I was kinda pissed.
There is now a lump on my head, and it hurts. Ow.
