More than half (14!) of the songs have already been in DDR, and the fact that they didn't manage to use New York City Boy and Santa Maria up until this point makes me think there's a really good reason they couldn't use them before.


This game has Boom Boom Dollars in it, and uh.. they really don't care about the word "sex" at this point...

In 2nd mix mode, I'm assuming/guessing that the gameplay screen may look like in DDR S/S+, if this interface remake includes BG movies for songs.

The interesting thing is I believe that The Specials came from my city, or at least the video for Ghost Town was recorded there. I learned that years ago when I did a project at a gay youth group I used to go to. One question raised was actually "are The Specials that famous anywhere else in the world?", and how I wish looking back that I'd said "yeah, Little Bitch featured in the very first Dance Dance Revolution game so I think that that must prove that the Japanese at least know of them and the genre, and probably like it to".

I don't really know much about the arcade game rating system, but I think it might be a bit more flexible than the ones for console games, so maybe they'll get away with it.

At worst, they'll get hit with the yellow MODERATE LANGUAGE sticker in America. It certainly won't get banned outright just might not get picked up by family-friendly locations... Though getting "picked up" is an understated concern at the moment...

I remember now. I think Trust's video shows a clip of Yoko's breast and it can be seen on arcades
while on the console version, it's censored.

Yeah, the AC shows SEVERAL clips of Yoko's boobs (there's not a lot of clips of her that you could use that don't show them...) and most of those clips were edited on the SN2 CS JP so that the camera didn't show her cleavage. DDR X US had it further edited to censor a clip at the very end showing Kamina with blood on his face.
