Well, that's a bit odd. Why did Arousing get glossed over? Still, vivian and Gekidan Records both sound really nice, so I look forward to this pack eventually in the US.

Did anyone who bought that Miley Cyrus pack delete it after her shameless display last night on TV?

Also, is there a way to transfer records on the game from one device to another. If Apple does release a retina display iPad mini I'm jumping ship to that one but would hate to start from scratch in the leaderboards and scores.

that's a really dumb reason to delete a pack. and as far as i know, there is not a way to share scores between devices. maybe it would work if you moved the .sqlite file but i haven't tried.

Ranking question time. Where do you stand in the total best scores jubeat plus users? I almost hit the top 1000 but that's before I abandoned my old account and got the mini. I'm currently 2345th with 595 million.

Make sure you've made an iCloud backup of your entire device before you switch. By default the iPad does this on its own when it is connected to power with the screen off, but check the settings to be sure. When you get your new iPad, you'll be prompted during initial setup whether you want to restore from an iCloud backup, which brings over all your app settings (including game saves), redownloads all your apps, and basically makes the new device an exact clone of the old one.

Seems jukebeat is back doing these kind of packs again. However, there's some really great picks here, especially Take On Me by a-ha, which was one of the songs featured in one of the American test locations.

Liking the theme of the pack and finally a new license pack since March 2013. Well done Konami.

NOTES ON THE PACK:
-Yes, Eye of the Tiger is really cropped like that in-game.
-Take On Me is a brand new cut not in SN2 or DW, and it's akin to the SN2 cut plus the part with 16th synths.
-It appears KONAMI is mainly using established licenses with this pack: Ray Parker Jr. of course has a pack in this game, a-ha was in those previously listed games with this song, and Survivor had this same song in DDR Classroom Edition (I'm starting to think I know too much about DDR when I remember that thing...)
-Take On Me's chart, while energetic at points, is oddly sporadic and concentrated. However...
-...it appears that it is the 2nd Jukebeat location test song in the game (1st being September), so it's easy to forgive.

It's nice to see Take on Me come around to jukebeat.

As if there weren't enough 80's songs already.

For me, when it comes to pop music, the 80s is the best. Even the ones in jubeat plus I eat them up. Next, put in a Stock Aitken & Waterman pack with Hazell Dean, The Reynolds Girls, Kylie Minogue, and Sonia.

Hoping Konami would continue discovering some of the licenses that they have obtained for the NA versions of DDR.

I'm hoping for Gorillaz, Kylie Minogue, Rihanna, Ne-yo, Chromeo, LCD Soundsystem, Aqua, Chic, so much potential here...
or for trolling purposes, Rick Astley pack LOL

At least their charts are much fun on jukebeat than on DDR.

Holy shit I get to play Take on Me again?!?

Next maybe Konami can release Viva la Vida in a Coldplay pack..? Or Panic at the Disco.

The Ray Parker Jr. uses the same ID prefix as the Ray Parker pack whereas the other three artists uses their own 5-digit prefix. I wonder if this means anything special...

Another SAW act. Too bad not many these days see the brilliant artist that he is though. He really is a darn good singer.

Here comes this month's beat update! This time around, jubeat plus ends up not getting a saucer pack 17 (probably later in the month) while jukebeat gets pack 30 and it's exactly what you think it is. (saucer 06 - Holy Snow + Nagisa)

Naturally, my prediction for next month is (saucer 07 - spring pony (sad as that may be) + Holy Snow)

I'll update with what jackets we didn't have in retina soon. No wait, there aren't any.

Also, the AppBank Store in Shinjuku will be hosting an event showcasing new themes (copious and limelight) for the 2 beat games along with that new pop'n rhythmin game. Let's hope for an update worldwide soon!
