If you're banned, then just stay that way. Everything would be more simple if people didn't decide to waste the admins' time with multiaccounting.

Yeah, but the only way that (afaik) they could get around this is if people were subsequentially IP banned, but that would be a little extreme (unless banning just becomes non-existent, and if someone gets far beyond the point in which they'd be banned, they'd just be IP banned (although that could take a while and would ultimately only do more harm than good imo))
