According to 2ch and BEMANIWiki, stops have been added to smooooch's chart, although no word on whether the actual chart itself is changed.

it's very obvious where to put stops in this song. i really expected it eversince it should have in the first place.

Before that though, they should at least fix the step flow of Second Heaven.
Good to hear that they are making changes though, especially if this was something they got a lot from fan feedback. Now if only we could get a release date.

I could picture Second Heaven having a freeze-arrow stop on "Somebody scream!" I would probably shorten the stop so there could be shocks 1 measure before the music picks back up.

Speaking of which, I just remembered about sending in my suggestions. Shocks would be a lot more useful if they could be separated or put in edit mode... *starts thinking to himself*

I just hope they didn't abuse the stops too much, otherwise it's just another one of those gimmicky songs.

I did suggest more options in edit mode like; placing shock arrows, placing shock arrows as individual arrows, adding more kinds of steps like 24ths, 32nds and better placing for 12ths


also speaking about smooooch freestyly, there was a guy at the first location test that did just that. He played it on basic and imitated the 3 girls in the BG video. He even sat on the pad. It was more funny than anything..

I don't think they'll abuse it. There are only 2 places from what I can hear that would warrant the stops and the video itself shows where they would appear.

Of course, it is Konami though. You never know.
