Can we use scrolls/warps/attacks for simfiles?

If I'm not wrong, scrolls/warps/attacks are all part of SM3.9 and the LUA system? I know that negative BPMs cause some of them to happen, but I'm okay with it.
Again, if it happens to not appear on SM5, then there's that disclaimer Aegis made a few posts back.

*Also that chart you sent would be good in my book as gimmicks, though you should try to find a place for one stutter and one wave gimmick at the least.

After playing Loodee's Gourmet Race (Drumstep Remix) simfile, I've decided that slowdowns and speedups like that should be counted as gimmicks. Of course, this method works well on faster songs. Slower songs that include a long slowdown section (for example, [Food Week] Triops Has Three Eyes) or random BPM changes, like in [Voiceless Week] Prelude, still don't count towards the 25%.

I may or may not get a file in because I just started my sophomore year of university yesterday

A sneak preview of what I'm working on:

The song itself is a remix of a really old song from Europe. If you're a League of Legends LCS follower like me, here's a hint: it's where European LCS Summer Finals will be.

Steps: Just follow the music, and be prepared for an "Over the Period"-esque BPM change mid-song.

There already were like, two stutters and a few wave gimmicks in there. :P I assume you couldn't tell because of the slightly laggy framerate, but they're there.

Very well then. Two files this week! There was something more straightforward I wanted to submit but I think I'll go with my "masterpiece" / another simfile I have that I really want to show you guys.
