I'm talking about games that don't count doubles as separate steps
Its easier to count the ones that do count them.
DDRMAX (AC and CS and DS counterparts)
DDRMAX2 (AC and CS and DS counterparts)
Extreme (AC and JP CS only)
Party Collection
Xbox - Ultramix 1-4 and Universe 1-2.
Don't forget about Solo Mixes (Solo Bass Mix & Solo 2000).
EDIT: <<<<<<MY POST COUNT

No, because they are counted as two separate judgments. Sure is fun to get a Perfect and a Great on a jump.

It would be very interesting to have this is modern DDR, because you could include Pump-style sliding strategies. The songs in Solo 2000 are too easy for it to be worth it though, and only one of them makes you press 4 panels at once.

Also this came across the other day for me: Its is impossible to get 1000 Gamerscore in DDR Universe 3. This is because one of the missions requires you to get a good on every arrow, which is impossible to do on a 16th stream as the good and marvelous window overlap each other. Some people reached out to Konami to ask them to fix the mission, but they always tell players that it is possible to do the mission.
I have been debating get 1000 Gamerscore on DDR 2010/2011, but its really just so boring.

off setting the timing will not make the challenge do-able, no matter what, if you hit all the notes as goods, you will get a Marvelous on the next notes. This problem is very similar to the problem of Fascination eternal love mix on challenge.

Are you sure about that? If you hit every single note a certain amount EARLY (not late), it should be possible to get all Goods.
Ex. Say that there is a jackhammer stream of only up arrow 16th notes, spaced 0.08 sec apart. The first few notes would fall at 0 sec, 0.08 sec, 0.16sec, 0.24 sec, 0.32 sec, etc.
For most arcades, the Marvelous window is 0.015 sec wide, the Perfect window 0.03 sec, the Great window 0.06 sec, and the Good window 0.09 sec.
If you try to hit every arrow 0.07 sec late attempting to get a late Good on everything, this would not work, since if you hit the up arrow at 0.07 sec to get a late Good on the first arrow, you would instead get a Marvelous on the second arrow and a Miss on the first arrow. I believe this is what you say the problem is.
However, if you instead try to hit every arrow 0.07 sec early attempting to get an early Good on everything, this would work. For example, if you hit the up arrow at -0.07 sec to get an early Good on the first arrow, this step would not come in range of the timing windows of any other arrows, so you would be given an early Good. You can then proceed to hit the second arrow at 0.01 sec, since the first arrow is now "out of play" and you would be given another early Good, etc.

I am not so sure myself. I have just been warned many times not to waste my time trying. Many, many people have been complaining on achievement websites about this problem in the game. You also used arcade timing, console version's timing window is more open, which is really where the problem lies.

Zowayix has a point, once you've "gotten" an arrow it's judge window is no longer in play. So if you went for early Goods, each arrow's judge window would be out of your way by the time you stepped the next.
Whenever a challenge requires me to get Goods, I for some reason always want to go for late Goods. I think it's easier to time that way.

I personally go for early. I am not sure why but it seems at least on xbox360achievements.org, they haven't entirely ruled out the fact its possible, although no one has ever proven that the mission IS possible. Some say you need to hit the notes later after the first goods, while some say its just not possible because the challenge is glitched.
Quote
Unobtainable Achievements:
As mentioned before, three achievements are absolutely unobtainable in this game. One of the club challenges has a glitched timing window that makes it impossible to pass without cheating. Because you can’t pass this club challenge, you can’t unlock the final outfits, meaning that the achievements for Completing all Club Challenges and Purchasing all Male and Female Outfits are not obtainable under any legal circumstances. If you have any achievements in this game, kiss the possibility of a 100% completion rate goodbye.

How wide the timing window is has no effect at all on possibility. Even if the arrows came at 100 per second, with the Great window 28 seconds wide and the Good window 30 seconds wide, hitting every single arrow 29 seconds early would still give you all goods.

I might have to pop in Universe 3 to check myself this week, but its seems it might be glitched rather then a problem with the timing window, as I posted above.

They're when a number of the same arrows come up in quick succession, one right after the other. like UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU with each up being 1/8 away from the last one.
