DDR X2 Work Thread

I'm not sure what you mean. Official data = user made simfiles? Official category = DDR X2 AC WIP category? And different people have different tolerances for synching, what I find annoying someone else may not notice, I simply want steps to match the beat of the music, if the arcade machines have steps that are off-beat I don't care because it still annoys me, I'd rather play at home with steps that match the beat of the music. And those two changes I made are extremely subtle but they are the ONLY two songs that I changed any BPM data for which shows how flawless all the rest of the simfiles are (again I'm extremely impressed).

The simfiles in the official category use offsets and BPM data ripped directly from the X2 hard drive. This is KONAMI's data.

Does OFFICIAL category = the DDR X2 AC WIP category? Is there another database where these official files reside?
If the data I downloaded was official, that explains how all those BPM changes were perfect where I was expecting a big mess when I saw all the BPM changes, it also tells me to never play on a DDR X2 AC machine since the offsets are all over the place.

Sorry, I wasn't aware of the official category until now. I guess I downloaded the unofficial category, I know my download was well over 1GB but there are a few songs in the official that weren't in the WIP... Thanks for pointing that out to me.

I like those Specials, Nic. Not only do they look official but the minor font and art changes on the covers makes them seem nicer to me.

There's still black parts on the globe, the title and artist logo lacks anti-aliasing... and that's about it
