The DMM is just evil. It's like Konami teamed up with Satan on this game just to screw you over. I wasn't even more than 15 percent done and it froze on me... Please, just do Endless Mode... Just to save you from breaking a controller or two.

I stopped doing DMM after it took me a hour to unlock one song from doing it. I'm just gonna play Game Mode & unlock it the long way.

This game crashing in DMM sounds awful, I hope that Hottest Party 3 isn't plagued with any similar issues. I've only read about three pages back in order to catch up but does anyone know yet why these crashes are happening?

DMM is really stupid to me they should have just used the same game play as X it was a whole lot better then this DMM.

Worst song in DDR X2 -> La Receta

I thought La Receta was good. It's no La Camisa Negra though, and Heatstroke beats it out too.

This is the first time i post here, but i've been a long passive member, watching the site and forums ;D

Well, i gotta admit that this DDRX2 I'm playing is... different. It's kinda fun to use the spanish language and pass the songs with a "BORRADO" message (spanish for "cleared", but borrado is used exclusively for "deleted", we use another word for cleared xD)

So far, so good. I feel this version is heavily towards a latino roster of songs. La bamba, La señorita Virtual, Baile la Samba, Tierra Buena, La camisa negra (Juanes wtf??? o_0) and an english song from Enrique Iglesias... the funny thing is, i dont think the latino community is going ga-ga with these songs. 90% of the DDr fans are about whats the next japanese song included in the newest version of the game, and kinda feel awkward about the spanish songs xD...

And im using the workout mode to get my unlocks, the non-course mode, of course xD

The song selection is very good including the Spanish songs in my opinion.

And yeah, KONAMI's translation team aren't that great, they translated FREEZE (for freeze arrows) in German to FRIDGE, so it became fridge arrows.

I think La Receta was fun too, but unlocking it in DMM wasn't.
La Receta unlocks in Ruby's Mission (Lv 5), where you have to get 145 MARVs from standard chart with rearranged stepzone.
I had a hard time reading the steps before I can adjust my timing.

Came back from college so soon I feel like playing more Endless mode...
(It beats playing DMM)

I guess it's personal preference, I don't mind DMM personally.

So you like to roll dice...
Wait for them for them hold a number for the characters move to them...
Have the characters move to the right space.
Do the missions repeatedly.
Wait for your character to level up...
Do the next missions which are similar in difficulty until you reach Level 6 or something...
etc.?

DMM is freaking addicting. thats all i have to say about it.

Plus you might get something small extra at the end, after all, the SMM Specials in X JP only could be unlocked by completing the MASTER MODE.

Either way, I find it an interesting way to unlock nonetheless.

Is they gonna have an arcade version of this or its already in the works?

I hope they will have an AC version, but at the same time I'm pretty apprehensive about it. They fucked up DDR X US AC pretty horribly, and if they use the same cabinet manufacturers then there will be even more hate and plenty of baseless anti-Betson comments.
