Maybe I'm asking the wrong age group, but...
...Have you ever started playing a game or watching a series, and you know Rule 34 of it would be weird, unusual, and/or disgusting, but against your better judgment, you look up porn for it anyway, and shudder as you realize that all your previous assumptions were correct, and yet, despite this, you end up liking it anyway?

Anyway I've gotten about 9 hours of sleep total in the past 4 days because my roommate doesn't seem to be capable of walking into the room at 4:00 in the morning without swearing under his breath for no apparent reason and talking to himself at a very audible noise level, thus waking me up, and then proceeding to surf youtube for a while with the light from the screen blaring in my face, thus keeping me from falling back asleep.
It's starting to become a slight annoyance of mine.

Well, it's mostly Zoey and The Witch, and while Zoey's in the clear, there have been discussions that the zombies in Left 4 Dead didn't actually die before becoming the "Infected" that populate the game, including The Witch....

...Not to mention, it helps when the artists actually make The Witch look cute.

I recall some of the Safe House grafitti in the game referring to the normal humans as "Immunes". I have a theory...
The disease is highly contagious (possibly breathed through the air) and can infect even living humans. After infection, the flesh begins to deteriorate and the Infected take the appearance of the zombies that most of us are familiar with. However, the bodies don't seem to have been decomposing for that long (two weeks according to the game intro), since the Infected still seem to have enough muscle tissue to make a full sprint towards you from the other end of the street.
If the disease does indeed affect living beings and the four main characters are still completely human, it can be assumed that they would be unaffected by the disease, and therefore, no STD.
...But that's just my theory.

Yay! Someone else has Left 4 Dead! I ♥ that game SOOOO much. I've made videos on youtube of me playing. It's not good, but oh well. I'm currently trying to upload me playing No Mercy on Advanced, but one of the videos is being retarded. I've gotten almost all of the achievements, so if you want to get some achievements (and if I have Xbox live, I don't know right now), I'll help the best that I can.

I've mostly been playing on Easy by myself to cheese the achievements, but I imagine I'll need to man up and take on Expert sometime. Not to mention, having teammates will probably make certain achievements (Man vs. Tank, What Are You Trying To Prove?, etc.) easier.

The only achievements I need are: Nothing Special, Zombie Genocidest, and Stomach Upset (Outbreak also, but that's only the PC version, so...).

Yeah, I just started a few nights ago, so I'm missing most of the achievements. I almost got the one for going through a campaign without any friendly fire, but during No Mercy's rooftop finale, Francis-Bot decided to fuck it up for me at the last second.
