IIDX Accomplishment Thread

so I cleared waxing and wanding hyper with a AA, which is apparently a big deal? lol.
the entire song is rather easy and a lot of fun, then the end is just note-vomit, but somehow I managed to end with 98% instead of the usual, y'know, 30%.

I also got a AAA on Gold! I spent hours working for it because I really wanted the gallery pic. =]
It was on turning the motor over hyper, a 5key song. 5key loooove <3

Is it really an 8? It sure doesn't feel like one.

No that's a goofed rating, the 5key rating on bmUS was 8 and that's weird too but whatever.

Play it on another, it's so much fun

If you call OMGWTFSCALES fun... I managed to pass it but only on the easy ending.

Edit: Reduced my MISS COUNT on Go Beyond!! from 40 to 15. O_o

Cleared Outer Limits Alternative (with an A) for the first time yesterday. Took me what, a month of training mode? Haha.

Cleared iFUTURELIST[a] and a ton of other 8s. I think I broke a wall...

but I'm hitting the next one.

I somehow managed to clear Xepher[h] just screwing around. Is that chart misrated, or am I just good at those kinds of runs?

Xepher is definitely properly rated as a 10, just one of the easier ones.

It's just that I can only pass about half of the songs in the 7/8 range, and I randomly passed that.

That's pretty good since you started just a few months ago. I asked a few guys at the arcade and they said it takes them like a year to get to that level.

Thanks! It certainly does. There's some parts that are like a 9/10, and then one chunk near the end that is definitely 11-ish.
I wouldn't have played it without the suggestion, because another charts are (generally) icky, so I stick to hyper.
